Beyond the going in and smacking stuff, there is not much else here to be honest. In it's current state, there is no controller support, so I had to make my own after not enjoying using the keyboard at all. That is a personal dislike on my behalf because my fingers just don't jive with a game like this on the keyboard. Where most games give you even a very simple story line in the form of stills and text or even just a blank screen with text, Falco Axe does none of this. There is no story, no names, no princess that needs rescuing, nothing. The primary focal point in this game is the combat where there are only a handful of buttons and a few meters. On the HUD you have a health bar, enemy health bar, Axe gauge and magic/power gauge. The axe gauge, once filled, summons an axe that moves back and forth that can damage enemies. The other meter I just called the power meter, allows you to launch a powerful sword attack or shoot an arrow from a distance. Nether attack are particularly spectacular in power, but have their purpose. As for attacking and combos, you really have only one string of attacks you can use. You won't find any variation here with your attacks. To me this title feels a lot like a mobile game to keep you busy in a doctors office waiting area for a few minutes or something like that. I cannot say there is a lot of depth here to keep a player such as myself entertained for a long period of time. However, with that said, if you are looking for something to just turn on and zone out to that doesn't take much thought or breaking the bank or maybe even for a younger player who you want to lead into more complex beat'em ups, this may be what you're after. It also helps that the game is so cheap. Your bank won't even feel this purchase.

Всё до чего смогли додуматься скудоумные "разработчики" — это три типа атаки: удар мечом, силовая атака и выстрел из лука. И даже такой скудный набор сделали через жопу: силовые атаки не наносят урон, а стрелы не дают ощутимого урона. Единственный способ пройти это убожество — закликать однообразных врагов атакой меча. Но после того как я прошёл все уровни, игра просто выбросила меня на титульный экран... Браво, такую халтуру ещё нужно поискать. Кто все эти люди, оставляющие положительные отзывы на это убожество? Сами разработчики и их друзья, а может, это накрутка со взломанных аккаунтов — ставлю на то, что всё вместе. Подытожу: Обходите стороной этот кусок воняющих фекалий с накрученными отзывами. Я запросил возврат и отправил жалобу на мошенников, чего и вам советую сделать.

Рекомендую, отличная убивалка рыцарей. Почему только бабы рыцари такие сильные а мужики нет ? :DD Ходил всех резал налево и направо, лучшая игра про рыцарей, 11 больших баб рыцарей из 10 <3

It's another asset flip/game construction kit template flip from repeat offenders, Falco Software, who make a living out of copy+pasting other peoples work and selling it as if it was their own work on Steam. Today, they've ripped off a GameMaker Studio 2 template for an arcade brawler and they're pretending it was their own work. It's not. It's a ripoff. They dumped this crap immediately into DailyIndieGame crapware bundles. But they did take the time to use a bunch of compromised Steam accounts to write fake reviews for how good the product is. Hilarious. This is nasty asset flip garbage and should be avoided by all.

Отличный слэшер, за свои деньги так вообще великолепный, однозначно рекомендую ее тем, у кого осталось пару монет от покупки AAA игры и он не знает куда их деть

Pixel action with the destruction of crowds of enemies. It turned out well and the music is suitable, but the enemies are stupid and periodically just stand there without attacking waiting for you to attack.

At first I bought it for fun, decided to play a little and ended up getting so dragged out. The gameplay is easy and enjoyable on the one hand, and then difficult.
