Fairytale Furnishing

Perfect for anyone who loves cozy decorating! 😍 I love the fairy tale theme, everything is so cozy and cute! I played this on my steamdeck and felt like the controls were pretty intuitive!

This is an incredibly cute and funny game for the price. I wish it were longer, but only because I enjoyed it so much! I definitely see a replay value as well and hope to return to it.

This is a really charming game in terms of the storytelling and fantastical dioramas. This game did not disappoint on that avenue. My absolute favourite part of the decorating was that as you placed items, you would discover and unlock more items! I like how as you unlock more levels, the decoration styles change to reflect the set fairy tale. I wish I could sit back and idly enjoy it all. But unfortunately, the camera angles make this a stressful experience (for me at least). They are not intuitive feeling at all. There are 2 modes that you can swap between, a free style mode and a standard viewing mode. I find myself having to swap between the 2 modes quite often to get the perfect angle so that I can both decorate and admire my work. But in order to get there, I am button smashing or ending up in a completely different position than I originally anticipated. I don't understand why it needs to be this complicated? I am very often stuck in walls or floors accidentally and am spamming to try to get back to a default view. I end up with furniture placed up in the clouds, instead of on the floorboards... I guess that is kinda whimsy haha >.> I feel like there needs to be better synchronicity between the keyboard and mouse controls. Nothing feels natural in the movements and having to swap between the camera modes to get the field of view I want. A reset button would be helpful for when I am stuck or in an undesirable position. Disappointing, because everything else about this game is exactly as advertised and done right.

Das kleine, ca. 1,5 Stündige Spiel "Fairytale Furnishing" bezieht sich tatsächlich auf eine kleine, sehr unterhaltsame und lustige Mini Geschichte =D Es ist in kleine Kapitel aufgeteilt, in denen man jeweils einen Raum, oder mehrere Räume, einrichten muss. So hat man dank der kleinen Story immer die passenden Einrichtungsgegenstände und damit kann man dann einrichten. Es ist sehr einfach und simpel gehalten und man kann gut ein bisschen kreativ einrichten. Oft schalten sich nach und nach erst neue Gegenstände frei. Man hat 50 Gegenstände pro Raum zum einrichten, damit die Story weiter geht. Allerdings muss man das nicht sofort und kann sich Zeit nehmen =) Ist man fertig, darf man einfach per kleinem Laptop (ja der kleine Running Gag) weiter machen. So wird man dann durch die Geschichte geführt. Am Anfang ist die Steuerung mit Maus und Tastatur etwas kniffelig, aber das legt sich schnell =) Die Farben sind genauso einfach gehalten, wie die Musik und das komplette Spiel selbst. Dies ist einfach ein Spiel für Zwischendurch und wenn man mal die Seele baumeln lassen will =) Es gibt keine Errungenschaften. Ein Spiel für alle, die gerne kreativ einrichten und Spaß an einer kleinen Geschichte und ein bisschen Unterhaltung haben möchten =D

This was such a cute, cozy little game that was super relaxing and truly felt like you were decorating the inside of a fairy tale house! The music is relaxing, the environments are gorgeous and each house has a new character for you to decide how they will furnish their house. It's super adorable and definitely took the edge off my day! The movement controls are a bit difficult to get used to, but once you get used to it you can get super close up views of all your hard work!

The colors are super bright and cheerful, making everything pop. What really stands out are the furniture sets—they’re so unique and cheekily fun! Each piece adds a quirky twist to the scenes, making the decorating process a joy. Whether you're decking out a regal princess's room or adding spooky charm to a witch's lair, the game keeps things fresh and exciting. If you love games with a lot of personality and a splash of whimsy, FairyTale Furnishings is definitely worth checking out. It's like playing interior designer in a fairytale book, and I can't get enough of it!

This is a really cute game. The controls remind me of The Sims 3. I would like to see a way to see what piece you got new. I would like to have some pieces outside. Other than that it's a great game to play while enjoying an audiobook.

This is a charming game! The controls are easy to use and you can position the furniture at any angle. I would like to see a catalog instead of scrolling to view the available items in that category. I would happily pay for additional furniture content. The items available now are beautifully done, just a little limited.

符合“没有紧迫感，没有难题”，但是目标感太弱导致本人没有游玩动力。 在第一关摆完50个家具后发一封电邮寥寥几字讲一下“角色可能并不像他们看上去那样”，然而并不知道原来他们是什么样。 一开始给的家具有限也并不太惊艳，个人不太适应在装修时多半只能通过鼠标移动到边界挪视角的方式。 综上，适合爱摆摆家具的吃这款画风的人购买。

I enjoyed this game; the dollhouse perspective is unique to this game genre. I enjoyed looking into the dioramas and seeing the little items; the teacups are one of my favorite items. The colors are rich and dreamy. I was not overly invested in the story but it does deliver important messaging. Overall, I recommend this game. The price point is great and with a good amount of replayability. I look forward to playing through again with different designs! Great job!
