Fairies vs. Darklings: Arcane Edition

What a wonderful and beautifully designed game!!! I think it actually made me more confident in this game genre. Everything is adorable and all those wonderful, wonderful cuties...and the story was well enjoyed as well. It made me want to go after every challenge! Sadly, I couldn't achieve the 8+ gem one...but no fear! Everything else was truly amazing. This game was for a very generous price and I got plenty of fun out of it and I graciously thank for everything the developers did. Oh and the soundtrack/sounds were a bliss as well. Thank you so kindly for everything!!!! :))))))))))

약간 흔한 Match 3 게임으로 보석을 원소를 맞춰 요정을 소환, 다가오는 몹을 처리하는 게임이다. 몹에는 그에 맞는 요정의 상성이 있으며 4-in-a-row 나 33을 맞추면 게이지가 올라 요정들이 강력한 능력을 발휘하는 아케인 능력을 부여할 수 있다. 난이도 자체는 굉장히 쉬운데, 상성이 안맞아도 이 계열 게임에 조금만 익숙한 사람이 잡으면 물량으로 때려잡을 수 있다. 다른 매치 게임처럼 빠른 순발력과 타이밍을 요구하지 않아 조금만 빨리 맞춰도 요정 스택을 항상 가득 유지할 수 있다. 무슨 유아용 게임 정도. 배경음악이 꽤 좋은편. 버그가 하나 있는데 아이템 사용 커서 상태에서 스테이지가 끝나면 다음 아이템을 클릭하기 전까지 해당 커서가 고정된다. 적당히 잘 만든 게임.

Decent match 3 game with some cons: -There is no telling how much score you have to get to achieve 3 stars. -The difficulty in endless mode does not feel like it's increasing at all, I've played for almost an hour and eventually gave up because I was getting bored. -The coins you earn in endless mode does not seem to have any purpose, it does not carry over to single player either.

Когда вы накликаете достаточно, феям даются разово доспехи и они противостоят злу эффективнее. ++++Плюсы++++ + Весело + Недорого + Можно отбить цену игры, продав карточки + Забавный мультяшный графоний + Много уровней + Приходится попотеть чтобы уровни пройти ----Минусы---- - Игра вероятно порт с мобилок, так и не поняла как листать уровни на карте назад чтобы перепройти. - Вероятно игра изначально была заточена под донат, так как боссов и некоторые уровни практически невозможно пройти без разных "волшебных" артефактов, которые покупаются за монетки, которые дают за прохождение уровня. Повторное прохождение дает 20 монеток, самое дешевое волшебство стоит 300. - Навязчивое звуковое сопровождение - Внезапное усложнение уровней. Тем, кто играет в это на мобилках RIP. - В какой-то момент понимаешь, что игра просто имеет тебя как малолетку (три в ряд, что ты себе позволяешь?!), ибо перепроходить боссов приходится минимум по 10 раз чтобы выиграть. И чем дальше в лес, тем сложнее.

Fairies vs Darklings is a puzzling, match 3 battle game. You have to protect Titania from evil with fairies that get the power from the gemstones! Every stage is getting harder unlocking new darklings and fairies while progressing through the levels on several islands. Each island has their own special alteration changing how you match during the battles. During the battles the enemies have a fixed number and join in on fixed timings. There is 1fairy for each darkling that counters it the best. But sometimes there are more types of darklings then fairies you can employ. It becomes a puzzle by maximizing as less fairies you can employ to get rit of the darklings for a higher score. It is real time movement so when you run out of power to summon fairies they get closer anyway. So you have to continue matching while using the fairies which sometimes can be intense. At every end of an island there is a boss battle where you have to use everything that you got. You cna even get help from max 4items/consumables to help you get through a battle. Every puzzle you can change the fairies loadout and items/consumables. The Match 3 system is fine as you would expect a match 3 system to work as. Pros - Good matching 3 system - Theme is cute and dark - Intense game moments - Theme fooling you about its difficulty - Change loadouts - Colourful -Easy pick up and play Cons - Too intense to really keep track whats happening - Looks less interesting then it really is Having played for 17,1hours and getting all 70 achievements i'm glad to have finished it and definitely worth my time. If you like match 3 but want something abit more intense then this is the game i can recommend.

Fairies vs. Darklings: Arcane Edition is a mobile ported casual match-3 game where you need to match specific colours of gems to summon various cutesy "fairies" to defeat waves of "darklings". The incoming waves of enemies remove some of the casual aspect of the game, which would be a lot like making a casual version of DooM or something. Stay in your own lane, devs. Overall it's not offering anything that completely free match-3 games are offering, so how could I recommend someone pays money for this? Play any of the free alternatives instead.

A charming game and with some interesting concepts, but the tempo feels absolutely sluggish. Everything feels glacially slow. One other nitpick is that you can only swap neighbouring gems - I'm more used to match-3 games that allow you to swap a gem with another one anywhere in the same row and column. As both of these points are very subjective and minor, I still give the game a thumbs up. You can see the amount of work that went into creating it and it might be fine as is for kids or players who don't mind the two things I mentioned.

This is a fun little speed matching game. It starts out with a pretty light tutorial, but that's fine, because it really doesn't need one. Just match as fast as possible, use as few fairies as possible, and upgrade! I like that achievements are earned and then claimed for gold to upgrade. A+ for using fairies to kill stuff.
