Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 27 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I bought the first Fabled Lands deadwood gamebook last week, and that led me to this hidden gem. At first glance there are a few differences. Most notably the combat system is overhauled, with ranged weapons and class abilities added. Also, I couldn't help but observe that in my print of the book the silver nugget in dragon's lake village can be bought for 160 shards, here its price there is 165 shards. Other than that, it seems a faithful adaptation and saves me from gamebookkeeping (which this series is uniquely flavored with).
loved the game books as a kid and now love the game !
good game i can mark 7/10, but it artists style looks too unique, and the main story too short, guess no more than 20hours, the thinking of getting level(rank) by story(quest) is attractive, but i am not fullfill with the limited and one glance map world.

Not developed enough. Too many repeating scenes and screens. UI and gameplay feel clunky. I wanted to like this but options are limited, repeat of beaten combat scenarios. Just needs more.
Well...this game is something quite different from what you might expect if you only look at screenshots. But it's well described on store page and there's also a demo, so you don't need to go in blind. What I mean by it being different is that it really feels like your own big adventure. You don't know what will happen when you just travel between two neighbouring cities. You may simply walk on the road and two dice rolls later you are on top of a mountain, fighting the storm demon. Or you run into some vagrant who shares with you a random fantasy tale, that doesn't help you right away, but that knowledge will be useful in some later quest you don't even have yet. Sure, some events will repeat themselves and you can (and probably will) save-scum if you want and that will take some of that magic away. But that joy of discovering new places, new quests and new stories throughout the game is really something special. You roll the dice and what appears to be bad luck turns out being interesting quest with great reward. Or... the exact opposite happens. I recommend trying NOT to save-scum as there can be interesting outcomes even after bad rolls, sometimes maybe even better than immediate reward after succesful one. And that's the beauty of this game, you just never know what will happen next. I also think the artstyle is beautiful and tactical combat, while simple, is pretty fine. I don't know the original gamebooks, but they must be good, because this digital version is amazing.
