Fable Hospital

Honestly its a bit of a bug ridden mess. The core is present however it feels like it missing some major quality assurance. Considering the price tag and the state of game I am baffled at the positive reviews. Give this one a miss in its current state.

This game is a treat for fans of Two Point-style management games, combining that signature charm with the strategic resource management found in classics like Warcraft. It hits a sweet spot for nostalgic players who love building, optimizing, and surviving under pressure. The first level, and the start of the second, might feel a bit slow for seasoned players, but adjusting the game speed quickly spices things up. Before you know it, you're juggling tasks and running out of dandelion and echinacea… and yes, you might even die! Developed by a small indie team, there are a few rough edges here and there, but the core experience is solid and promising. With continued updates, this could easily become a must-play title in the management genre.

as soon as they update and patch the bugs ill flip this to a positive but it dosnt look like theirs much hope for a patch. good bones, fun concept, VERY buggy. the features are inconsistent (you cant consistently select an employee for example, you cant consistently click on the braziers to warm the hospital, you cant consistently buy other plots of land, you dont consistently get your alerts in english). i unlocked the burn unit and now i can no longer place any rooms because each square says "prop blocked" and it didnt resolve with a reset. i usualy would just post this in the steam discussion board for bugs but it dosnt seem like the dev has been responsive on there. point is wait on buying until you see a patch AFTER JULY 2025

I want to love it, but I ended up hating it. The idea sounds great, but it has many serious flaws. Please read this completely. The game simply doesn’t work. It’s the third time it has deleted my save file on level 3 in Egypt. I checked the Steam forums and this is a widespread issue among many users—the game randomly deletes your save file regardless of the level. Sure, it’s somewhat acceptable if you lose 1–2 hours of progress, but imagine it deleting your sandbox save with over 50 hours of gameplay. The temperature system doesn’t work—it just doesn’t. Even if you add items to raise or lower the temperature, nothing changes no matter what you do. This makes progressing through the level extremely difficult. In my case, I simply can't advance past level 3. Also, you can only control these temperature items one by one. I know that might not sound like a big deal, but once you have over 30 of them, you have to turn each one on and off individually, and it ends up consuming your entire day. Sometimes workers just disappear. I’m not sure if it’s a game mechanic or a bug, but suddenly they’re gone, and the game doesn’t notify you. You can’t just hit “Continue” to load your save. You have to go to the level selection screen and scroll from the very beginning. There’s no efficient way to manage your workers. You have to go through them one by one, and the game doesn’t even tell you where each of them belongs. It only shows their role, like doctor or something. You also can’t reassign them or anything like that. Honestly, I could keep going. I’m personally a big fan of these kinds of games, and this has been a huge, huge disappointment. I will be requesting a refund, because the game just doesn’t work. I’ve already given it more than enough chances. I really hope the devs do something and fix it, because it has potential—but right now, it just feels like an unfinished, mediocre game.

He jugado a varios juegos de gestión, pero nunca lo había hecho con uno cuya temática es un hospital medieval. Y la verdad es que me está encantando, porque gráficamente es muy atractivo y te mantiene alerta en todo momento para ir solucionando los retos que se te van planteando. Tiene unos controles sencillos y eso es de agradecer para poder hacerte mejor con el juego. Aún me queda más tiempo para poder explotar todas opciones que ofrece el juego, pero mis primeras sensaciones son bastante positivas. Lo recomiendo!

Que recuerdos del Theme Hospital, me encanta la ambientacion, la musica y que tenga la misma voz de megafonia en español que el TH. Con los recursos para los tratamientos y el farmeo le aumenta aun mas la microgestion de todo, es un come horas, ademas estan metiendo parches por dia escuchando a la comunidad, equilibrando y solucionando pequeños detalles. Probablemente sea si no el mejor, de los mejores juegos de un estudio español del 2025.

Primera vez que juego a un juego de este estilo y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido gratamente. Me gusta mucho gráficamente y la jugabilidad es bastante amena y sencilla. Destacar el equipo de desarrollo que no le quitan el ojo de encima al juego para pulirlo al 100%. Probadlo, !no os arrepentiréis!

Me comentaron sobre este juego que era muy divertido y entretenido, entre para echar un vistazo y vi los comentarios que tenia, pero por curiosidad quise probarlo por mi y ver lo que fallos tenia. he estado jugando y probando-lo me encanta este juego porque es muy divertido y dinámico, se ve que los creadores del juego le meten muchas horas para arreglar los fallos, el tiempo de guardado se a reducido muy considerablemente y se ve que han arreglado muchos fallos gordos que tenia el juego, veo que siguen trabajando en arreglar otros fallos y eso me gusta mucho porque se ve que tienen ganas de progresar y hacerlo todo bien, para mi sin lugar a duda merece mucho la pena comprárselo y jugar.

el juego esta muy mal se cuelga mucho , aparte no hablemos de el tema de bug varios que hay algunos que otros que con guardar y cargar se arreglan etc( recordando que casi siempre al guardar y cargar pierdes todo ya que no guarda bien ) para mi gusto es un juego de 1 € no mas y veo que no van ha arreglar nada eso viendo las fechas es evidente etc

El juego tiene demasiados bugs, hasta el tutorial está bugeado. Si saltas el tutorial ciertas edificaciones de tratamiento no tratan a los pacientes, si la intentas construir de nuevo, no te deja construir nada el juego porque sale ''prop bloqueado'' XD
