DO NOT BUY! Developers have abandoned the game and pushed it out of EA to avoid Steam TOS. Scummy and deceptive.
Wonderful idea, ok implementation, but the game was just seriously unfinished. When you add that the devs just abandoned it because they didn't get the sales they needed. It sucks to see a half baked game tossed into the trash, but that's what the devs did on Tue April 15th 2025. DO NOT BUY The game has been abandoned by the devs.
Great promise - but developers used Early Access as a crowd funding platform - and discontinued when it didn't meet their commercial expectations. This is against Steam's terms of service - hopefully Steam takes action.
The developers abandoned the game will not be finished do not buy
DO NOT BUY. Game is abandoned unfortunately as Devs weren't profitable.
How are you still selling a game and not going to finish it. Game seemed like it was going to be a good game
Developers officially announced the game as abandonware. It is NOT finished and never will be. Do not buy.
Im not sure where I should place this one. Ive been sitting here for a while now. But the game is boring to me, even im an old guy over 40. Looked so good on the trailer, and for me its dry as a cracker atm. You place a post, you try to match the building of what the resources in the zone you have. There are some small missions, they are ok. Then you might get a bit motion sick from the game, due it has micro stutter when you move camera. At start, the game was crashing a bit. Had 3 crashes in the first hour. But after that it has been fine. Its not all doom and gloom. The graphics is really nice in this game. The world and art is really nice. So the game is pretty. I think the game was fun for maybe 1 hour, then it started to go downhill. You expect to see something going on on you screen. But it does not. Game loop is like. Put outpost, build settler building, then use 1/3 house spot for the food. Do that 8 times. Now you have unlocked other houses, where you match with science, builder and gardner. Depending on what you have in that zone.. Its like matching house of the resource in the zone.. then move to the next zone and do the same. Think this cookie need to stay and bake in the oven a bit more. This might be a game, when you are super hungover.. When you just sit there and try to get your self together. Or it was the first thing that came to mind when i played it after 1 hour. Or maybe people think this is super cool, and its not a game for me. That might also be the case here. But I did not see anything interesting in the gameplay. You dont see the settlers work. there are not much challange or purpose of what you are doing, you dont see any change in what you are doing either. Challange will be, there is slime on top of the food tree.. To access it, like you did on tier one. Now you need to make a tube to dry the slime away first. But its pretty much the same. Just make a tube first. I was pretty much done with the first map now. It just did not give me anything.. Would I move to the next planet to do it over there? no. It needs the little extra, due its like eating pasta without the special sauce and meatballs.
