Exquisite Fishing

Crashes. Why is it so hard to play test your game before releasing? Asked for a refund. Maybe I'll buy it again when it's fixed.

The game has potential but needs repair. The upgrades are almost not felt. The fish are repeated and even in depth the difference in levels is small and the same fish give more points. There is a bug that has been known for a long time and has not been fixed that releases a rose instead of a dildo and the girl . The cutscenes are nothing new or better than the previous games, there's no noticeable improvement, just copy and paste. There is no cloud save either. The more you play, the more bugs you get, to the point where you can't even unlock scenes. And the game is abandoned. I wouldn't recommend it until it's repaired. Dungeon Devotion has a lot more naughty stuff and is cheaper. And there are pancakes.

The controls are SUPER easy. (All it uses is the mouse.) and the artwork and animations are well done and colorful. The price ranges for upgrades and "gifts" are also fare. Really, the only bad thing about this game is that it is buggy/glitchy as frick! It's even more glitchy than a Ubisoft game! (Check out the bug report forum for more details.) Luckily, the bugs are NOT so bad that it makes the game unplayable so if your looking for a decent enough time waster. Go ahead and get this game.

I wanted to fish for tresure but i was fishing some worth time consuming fishussy's.

Fun, quick little H-Game. Yes it is pixel art. Is very relaxing yet engaging at the same time. Focus in the first level with getting only what you need, and some quality of life upgrades to make movement going down, and net speed faster. Was able to complete the main collectibles (all female sea life) in around 4 hours. Have not 100% completed game. It seems like the game doesnt register when you collect certain species in each region. Game still has some bugs that need to be ironed out. When you get the dildo gift the sprite shows up on your line as the rose, but it still registers as a dildo like it should. If you use the deepest skip, when you come back up through a dark area, the whole screen besides the fish counter and depth counter goes black. You see the sky when you reach the surface, but any fish you caught in the darkness still appears dark, and your character is dark as well. The only way to get past that is to exit to the menu and reload your game. No crashes or anything. No controller remapping. In the Dark Ocean stage, certain female characters dont award you any gold at all, or it doesnt show that they do. And certain other fish also award 0 gold, and the text is golden instead of white like everything else. All in all I would say this is a 6/10 game. Just enough to be enjoyable, and not enough to have any replay-ability or drive to complete the game to 100%.

I wanted to give this gave a fair shake, but after 30 minutes of mindless grinding I think I have to call it there. Exquisite Fishing is not a fishing game. Yes the character throws a hook from a rod and you touch those fish to put them on said hook, but there's no real feeling of fishing going on here. No, Exquisite Fishing is a slow and monotonous bullet hell where they expect you to constantly dodge hoards of low value fish in the hopes that you either get deep enough to hook fish of value or carry a gift far enough down to hook a random anthropomorphic fish girl for an H scene. Fundamentally I think this could work, but Exquisite Fishing does not really bring anything to the table to actually try and make it work. For starters, it's slow. Yes I'm only 30 minutes into the game, but according to my save file that's already 35% of all the content. There are small upgrades you can buy to increase movement speed and hook strength, but the costs for those upgrades increase exponentially faster than your capability to earn the money to buy them. You get bonus money for successfully earning H scenes, but that is a one time bonus that does not counteract how bad the rest of the game feels. Now, you could potentially chalk that up to a skill issue. "M'kai," I hear you saying, "You don't have to go to the bottom every time, just hook a bunch of fish in the middle and that should speed things up. It's not like the fish get that much more valuable at 300 meters than they are at 150." And you may just be right there. But regardless of that, you will always be subjected to the second part of the "fishing minigame". that being the net. No matter what you put on your hook the player character is so incompetent at the act of fishing that they fling all the fish into the air and you need to catch them with the net to actually earn money from catching them. All the fish stay on the top of the screen, randomly spreading out and then falling in a random order. Even with most of the net upgrades you still move so incredibly slow that unless you get very lucky, you will miss 60% of the fish you put on your hook. It feels like the shop was balanced around being able to net everything you hook, but then the netting part was tuned so poorly that you could never possibly do that. If there was at least some indication of what fish were going to fall in what order it might make the minigame less painful, but there isn't. You just pull the slot when you hook your fish and hope for the best. I only ended up getting 2 of the H scenes, though two of them were unlocked in the gallery by default for some reason so I got to see 3. They're fine, just your average pixel art H content with simple moans to match. I will express some disappointment in that the fish women are more women than they are fish- the most exotic you'll find are some girls with octopus legs. Even the girls based on huge sea creatures are just normal sized human girls with tails, so as someone who appreciates a good fishy fish girl I'm left very disappointed. I cannot recommend Exquisite Fishing and I would suggest you look towards other low priced H games if that's what you're in the market for. Also the intro cutscene implies that as a child the protagonist's grandfather showed them how to catch anthropomorphic fish women, and I don't think I quite like the implication. I will probably never know what grandfather wrote in his note at the bottom of the sea, but maybe that is fine.

There is no further update.... THIS GAME IS SO ASS Somehow use "Whale" instead of "Orca" All the H-Animations have no climax, so they just clap and moan infinitely. Many bugs when you use "Start at 500m", "Start at 800m", "Start at 1500m"(Darkness disappear when you go deeper but it actives when the fish get to the hook and enter the dark area, when it reach the boat the sea and the fishes turn into black). Wait so damn long to get up when you reach more than 750 meter.

i love fishing games. this one especially fascinated me!

A straightforward fishing game with a sprinkle of AO content. It’s a game that requires patience and willingness to put in a little work to get to the good parts, but at its core is just an uncomplicated good time. The controls CAN feel a little wonky but most of it seems intentional as the various upgrades solve a world of hurt. So if you’re in the market for a gameplay-centric experience that won’t strain your mind or your budget, Exquisite Fishing is definitely worth a try.

[h1] I guess the real treasure of the sea is the friendships we made along the way, and . . . uh . . . seggs with the fish people. [/h1] After I finished the game, I have to say that this is quite a fun game. But it's also quite grindy, but that is not much of a big deal if you find out how to exploit the game mechanic to earn a lot of money for minimum effort which is not that hard to figure it out. And there're some bugs here and there, which quite annoying that made me restarting the game couple times. Also the reeling speed after you reach your maximum catch limit is not that fast, and it get really annoying the deeper you try to get. Especially when you catch something by accident at very low depth, it's actually faster to restart the game than to wait couple minutes for the hook to go up.
