About
Evil Egg was an ecstatic twin-stick nightmare known for its brutal shooting action and intense audiovisual effects. Infinite horrors tear apart a world of little green men, the only hope an errant hatchling.
The last known Evil Egg arcade cabinet to remain was recovered in Eugene, Oregon, found in a state of extreme disrepair. This digital release is a faithful emulation of the original hardware, made possible by a restoration effort led by a small team of dedicated preservationists. The private collector responsible for the machine's donation has asked to remain anonymous.

yeah its pretty evil
Wow, I just get a new high score and a seizure, I have to endorse the game
Insanely crunchy graphics and addictive gameplay, the developer is so nice and constantly pushes out updates in response to feedback. I've even started to develop a demake of this game

looks like it would be completely incomprehensible but is actually really easy to grasp
Awesome game for some quick action. Could definitely be very overstimulating if that's a thing for you though lol.
genuine addictive gameplay loop. the most arcade-ass arcade video game ever. i still don't know why the egg is evil.
A very well-designed game that also just makes me feel really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ angry a lot. Manages to be minimalist and maximalist at the same time, and not only visually - the game is frantic and absolutely brutally unforgiving, and only your reactions can save you - you get a heart now and again and one extra weapon that you can only use once every few levels, so you're mostly just gonna have to rely on dashing and shooting while what is probably closer to 20 but feels like 40 enemies zoom in on your location and bombard you. I'm a busy guy who gets to play videogames a couple of hours a night if he's lucky most of the year, this wasn't made for me, but damn if I don't respect it.
Evil Egg.
its kinda fun idk
Crazy cool game if you're not deterred by difficulty and seizure-inducing visuals (the option to turn off filters helped). One of the best free games on the entire steam store? Cool leaderboards which allow you to challenge yourself at different milestones Has enough depth to discover new stuff after hours of gameplay I wish more videogames would be like this.
