Great fun! It's so awesome to see how everything is thematically fitting with animals, and how playing the game really is just "being a part of the ecosystem". It's important to understand though - while it might seem like, this is not a survivors-like. There's no hordes of enemies specifically going from all directions after you, and you just sweeping them with some bullet hell. None of that. It will require you to be pretty agile with your attacking and dodging - which is pretty challenging while you are still learning. The whole game is really really fun, with lots of options to try - and some really cool challenges.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Brilliant and novel game, nice to pop on and just do a few games, return later and still easy to play. Love it
Fun and charming little game with a very satisfying gameplay loop. The evolution system is complex and provides a lot of build variety and seeing Darwin become more and more of a chimera freak with every upgrade you pick is great. Currently I think the game suffers a little from a lack of diversity with the number of evolutions, biomes and enemy types, but that's not something I'd heavily criticize a 2-month-old indie game for. A couple post-release content updates and this game will really shine.
This is fun.
nice game, I played many similar games and EiC is very entertaining, a game well made and simple enough to keep you playing. the idea of evolving your character into an unique creature is bit limited by some paths but i hope to se more variety in the future updates

It was fun to start with, but the higher pressures are just so obnoxious to play, and the rng has felt like complete ass, especially when all you need is 1 single specific upgrade to turn things around and it never happens for 30+ levels
I got so addicted to it that I forgot to periodically reboot the game on my steam deck and that mistake temporarily murdered the load times. Not the game's fault, of course. If anything that's even more reason to throw money at them
