Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 25 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Eternal Strands is a third-person fantasy action game where ARPG-style elemental mastery meets open-zone exploration and improvisation. Players step into a richly reactive world, not just to follow a path, but to forge one.
You play as Brynn, a young Weaver, wielding fire, ice, and kinetic magic as tools of survival, strategy, and power. Whether freezing a dragon’s wings mid-flight or tearing apart the battlefield with physics-driven chaos, every encounter demands quick thinking and creative control, not just reflex.
With full traversal freedom, dynamic environments, and colossal foes that must be scaled and outwitted, Eternal Strands invites players to explore on their terms and fight on their instincts. There are no locked builds, no scripted solutions - just raw power, a broken world, and the legend you choose to create. A game where the elements obey you, the terrain bends to your will, and every victory is entirely your own.
At the heart of Eternal Strands beats a revolutionary new system for gameplay interactions: heat spreads, cold chills, and real-time destruction allows for unprecedented reactivity in combat. Hurl burning tree trunks at enemies with telekinetic powers, snap nearby trees to block opposing fire, or channel raw telekinetic force to rip boulders from the ground.
Wear the Mantle, a magical cloak that channels raw magic into raging flame, chilling ice, and telekinetic force. Combine your growing array of powers with enchanted weapons and armor crafted from slain enemies to create a custom look and style. Block incoming attacks with a wall of magical ice, lash out waves of flame from a massive two-handed blade, or toss enemies off a cliff with raw force.
Face gigantic adversaries and defeat them through a mix of sword, spell, and mobility. Leap onto and climb their massive forms to attack from different angles. Shatter armor or slice at weak spots to diminish their protection. Use ice to pin limbs of a towering foe, arcane flames to burn their fur, or catch lobbed projectiles and turn their attacks back upon them in battles that will leave scars upon the land.
Enhance the effectiveness of your ice abilities during a flash freeze to open up new paths. Use a heatwave to start a wildfire and watch it spread towards enemies as it consumes the tinder-dry trees and grass around it.
Explore the wilds, the capital city of Dynevron, and the secrets beneath as every surface is climbable. Magical abilities can create bridges, burn barriers, or launch Brynn across the world. The next-generation physics system encourages and rewards player creativity in exploration as much as combat. As the Enclave’s secrets unfold, return to base camp to consult with a rich cast of characters. Each are keen to discover the mysteries of what happened to this lost bastion of power and knowledge.
A realm of mystery, opportunity, danger, and wonder: the Enclave awaits.

(For me) It has great movement mechanics, Crafting Gear and weapons was easy to get the hang of it. It has a good story line and I will be sad when it is finished. Hope they do a second part i think it would be worth it or continuing the storyline. The last 2 bosses are tough as nails. (for Me) I have already beat the last boss. However, i am a completionist so i will work until everything is done. all gear, all quests, all resources are made and discovered. lol
I think of this game with quite fond memories. I really enjoyed it. There is an interesting world, great lore, decent characters, good game play, fantastic art style, and a interesting story. There is some millennial writing at time with how the characters interact, but over all, I really enjoyed it!

Shadow of the Colossus meets Jedi Fallen Order with a wonderful art direction. It's not a perfect game, but it's still great fun. Well worth a purchase.
E allo stesso tempo riesci a vedere chiaramente i limiti.
A fun little game with an aesthetic between Warcraft and Fortnite. Had it not been for the Fortnite-ish elements and naive writing, some of its scenes' intended emotional impact could have been stronger, but in any case, fun game, even if it did overstay its welcome a little.
A frustrating, but fun game. In an overabundance of overly-dark fantasy games, this cheery adventure feels like a breath of fresh air, and the gameplay design is fantastic (though implementation has issues, more on that later). I liked the expedition dynamic, where you go on missions to various locations, collect resources, then recall back to base to upgrade, chat with your team and prepare for the next. It separates combat and non-combat gameplay and serves the pacing well. Furthermore, the locations themselves are done very well, packed with details, dynamic weather and many ways to traverse thanks to the "climb anything" mechanic. It also serves the storyline very well in emphasising the roles each of your teammates has. Teamwork is a big theme in this game, as oppose to a one-man superhero dynamic of most fantasy adventures. And this expedition mechanism serves to convey this theme in the best possible way - via gameplay. The lore in this game deserves special mention. It is surprisingly deep and detailed. At times even too much - considering that vast majority of the lore we do not interact with in any way. Also, while I enjoy discovering lore, a good lore discovery system does not explicitly shove exposition down your throat via a long explanation. I consider the lore to be a strength, as it gives depth to the world, but they need to make it more engaging to discover through storytelling mechanisms, rather than just explain it like a history textbook would. In fact some of the better lore discovery moments were when I investigated something in the field, pieced together the story from character's banter and then the archivist compiled it all into a document at the end of the quest, so I could read the full story that I have uncovered. This is much better than having a long-ass monologue explaining how Kalnhaven is using it's Kalnsteel supply as political leverage (the game has absolutely nothing to do with Kalnhaven beyond it being the protagonist's origin country). As many people pointed out, the weakest part of the game is the dialogue writing, which feels like its been written by a corporate DEI manager with generous help of ChatGPT and a mandatory HR screening of every line, rather than a professional writing team. It lacks emotion, personality and depth, reeks too much of "toxic positivity" and presents every character as a pathetic snowflake with fragile feelings and egos that you may meet at some office job, but certainly not in a band of warrior mages. Also I feel like many of the characters lack personality, as if they are all hiding their real selves because HR can swoop in and reprimand them for being too "offensive" and "inconsiderate". That's the vibe I got from the dialogues anyway. The only character that seemed to show some depth is Casmyn. And that is in spite of excellent voice acting on all of them - it's the writing that fails, not the VO. Finally, the gameplay is really great, and very chaotic, but due to it's semi-physics-based nature, it's often rather clunky. Listing specifics would make this too long, but suffice it to say - most of the time I died in this game was from random elemental enemies literally fall down on me from somewhere above and spamming overlapping, stacking elemental attacks on an area around me at the same time. Also an enemy can swing it's weapon and throw you half across the map. Its funny the first few times, but gets annoying quickly. Thankfully the game is easy, which helps to survive this chaos. And when it does work, it works exceptionally well. This game has some of the most fun boss fights I have ever experienced, and messing with magical elements is always fun. Overall I do recommend the game. While the dialogues may be cringe, the rest of the game makes up for it and the unique gameplay system and lighter tone deliver a breath of fresh air in the Souls-like-infested meta of overly dark, heavy and slow fantasy games with big healthbars and "challenging" grindy combat systems. With some tighter writing, I would certainly look forward to a sequel.
one of the hidden gems... exploration and combat are excellent, sure the climbing mechanics is a bit clunky... but overall, it is a very good game!
