I win the pistol round -> My team buys full armor and rifles -> The enemy team buys literally nothing -> The enemy team turns into prime Shroud and deletes us. I’m losing 90% of my second rounds to broke guys with pistols. Honestly, I think I hate CS now more than ever.
Esports Manager 2026
For me personally it was an incredibly anticipated game because I love managing games and now in this game I can finally experience it in a CS world. A large number of teams, players, coaches and even sometimes real analytics with other team members. Good way of using AI, which helps to make my organisation feel more real. But most importantly that the only game where you can try yourself as manager of a CS esports team, which is the strongest positive point, but I have a feeling that there are a lot of things that would make this game boring, uninteresting and disappointing. One of the creative mechanics is that you can create your own tactics, defaults on different maps and even plan when and how to proceed during the rounds, but it sounds more exciting than it plays. The interface of creating tactics makes you spend more time to excel in it than you actually create something new and then you surrender and you just modify the already existing tactics. But here comes the main problem, it just doesn’t matter what you adjust, because the players sometimes don't realise your plan (like going mid, fake A and then go B), they will go mid, then if all opponents are at A, they’ll run on A. If you play as a strong team (Navi, Falcons, Vitality etc.) then they will destroy everyone there, even against full buy, at 9/10 cases. If not, well, just buy a better awper who will solo everyone. As pros to add here, you can choose the roles of your players, for example if a support rilfer will play as lurker, then it can be harder to win, so you have to buy not only just a strong riflers and a crazy awper, but also an IGL, lurker (optional honestly) , a supporter rifler and juts a rifler who is going to be another star player alongside awp player. Maybe it’s like 20%~ how important that is to win, but this is exactly why I think the developers are on right track from ideas how to do something, but the match simulation and tactics creation are not realized that great as football managers which come out every year and already have a "successful" formula with big experience, but the developers are setting the right path for progress with updates that fix some minor problems like with transfers where Vitality just buy the best players who beat them or Navi who have rebuilt it from 0 and then buy AleksiB with JL once again… Also with simulations, once again, I cannot imagine how to create a system where AI can better understand what's going on a map, like for example hear how the opponent moves, jump, throw nade etc. and play around this and change position or push with a teammate or give a flash to peek an opponent. Or when is eco, try not to push just B, because it’s only thing the team can do, but also try to improvise and create more situations based on the opponents like in a real CS match, but here the team can execute a perfect round on one site, then go on another where they will meet 3 last players, or moments when starts “execution on site“, the CTs who have the tactic where they rotate to the site where is going to be planted, makes it feel like overpowered thing, because AI always know where the bomb is planted and there are no situations when they stuck the wrong site, always a right one. In those moments you stop to believe the magic of a game and you see it more as a script simulator, where the result is already calculated before you see the end of a round, but it should be the main developers goal for a big update imho. It would really bring that realism that I described above. Another problem is a money management, the team earns 500k from a 1st Place in T1 tournament, where 400k goes on salaries for players, on stuff another 80 and every month you lose more and more money, because the players are going to ask for a better salaries and you when you agree it only escalates the problem and the organisation doesn’t make any profits even with 5 S-tier sponsors who pay every month because how good the team is. That breaks another magic, you just can’t believe that the organisation that always wins doesn’t earn anything, trains at 1 star out of 5 bootcamp, affords the top hotels for tournaments and in the end you try make the best out of the worst cases. Maps training to increase the percentage of the winning there, you choose 3/7 maps to train and you can’t set it on auto like with player’s mental and skill training, you need to change the priority of maps everyday to have every map at 85% readiness. +praises for a ukrainian commentary, the guy is a cringy, but adds a great vibes, but I don’t understand why everyone comment how the sniper got a sniper kill with an awp and every commentator always says about it and now it just annoys (almost every 3-4 rounds). Even after the detailed description of what was wrong with the game, I really liked it and I am going to play it from time to time, because I know that I wouldn’t spend 20+ hours on a game that doesn’t deserve any praise or that is just boring. No, this project needs just more time to become the game that would beat any other manager games and I hope that developers would read what I and other people describe what are cons here and find the solution how to upgrade their game.
Very good
Loop chato e repetitivo
Muito divertido
