Escape the Grid VR

Very nice gameplay and mechanics! Especially when you take into consideration that its still in ealy access! 10/10 would recommend.

I tried playing this game and was dissappointed because I could not get the controls to work. Like others, I couldnt even jump over the first wall. The people running the game did answer back and told me they were sorry and were working on it. I have since played it again and it has gotten so much better and I actually enjoyed it pretty much although I am still having some trouble with it with the jumping. It is much easier to move around and I do like the way they have it set up. I do like the challanges that they have created and I am only on the first set. I do see alot of possibilites coming out of this game and I look forward to getting the jumping right so that I can move on farther into the game.

The whole game is making it to the end of serval levels through various modes of movement, all inside a retro Tron-like visual style. The current modes of movement are: arm swinging walking, small jumps, climbing, and powerful boost jumps. Using all of these movement modes together make up the platforming in the game. There’s a checkpoint system, and you’re allowed to sometimes skip to the next checkpoint if you’re stuck. I think that’s only once per level. There’s currently 20 levels total, and it’s a pretty good deal at $8. So if you enjoy these parkour style obstacle courses, then check it out.

It's an hard and unforgivable game, after 10 levels i was covered in sweat and i was full of rage, i love it!
