Sora comes to Weather Island to help Grandma and Grumbrella. On Hanabi Island next door, it has rained on fireworks night for 60 years, and not a single firework has gone up. On the day of the festival, black clouds pour out of Grumbrella, and glowing "memory drops" scatter across the island.
