Excellent escape the room game. Puzzles are engaging and not too hard but the player is required to think.
Fantastic puzzle design, good graphics and relatively smooth game play. Some of the physics were a little buggy and the single pick-up put-down made a few of the tasks quite tedious but overall a great game that gave me a lot to think through.
Fun little escape room game. Nothing was overly complicated.
It's a good game, although it may be more suited for players new to the genre. I beat it in about 2,5-ish hours without getting stuck at puzzles, so you can calculate that against the price for yourself and see if you are comfortable with that. The puzzles in itself are cute but there is no overarching combining of clues. Solving one mystery often gives you a literal key to unlock the next. I had to disable SFX at some point because picking up and dropping *any* object makes the same cartoon swoosh noise which gets tiring after emptying a bookshelf for example. The graphics are cute and the setting itself also fits, good job devs. Overall it still seems like a great game for beginners or children. Maybe get it on a sale like i did.
Very cute game! I like how the end makes you realize something you'd completely overlooked before. I'm going to have a good time jumping back through and doing the more secret bits! A fun puzzler that doesn't feel super unfair with a hint system that isn't too revealing.
The puzzles weren't too hard to complete. There were a few that were out of the box for me, but I still enjoyed the challenge. I just had a lot of trouble reloading my save files. I thought it would load me back to where I stopped midway in a room. But instead, it would just load me back in the same room, but with all my progress lost. I would have to redo the puzzles I already completed.. Reloading also made me lose the most important item of the game and storyline, the "delivery package". So I never really got to complete the game and do the last puzzle room. It is a short game. but I don't have the time and energy to complete the game in one sitting. So I DEFINITELY was not going to restart the game process, just to have the same reloading issue to happen. That was my only issue. I think it's still a good puzzle game for those who have time to complete it in a run.
This was quite fun. I only ever needed the in-game hints to complete the game. I was surprised when I got to the ending, had been hoping for a little more. The length was fine, just had been enjoying myself. Sometimes I wish I could have clipped the portable clues like escape simulator, didn't detract from the experience. Placing items back down could be a little finicky if I was near a wall or piece of furniture, nothing terrible. Some of the puzzles were really fun. Some were familiar, some were new to me. I, for the most part, knew what I needed to do and used the hints a few times, mostly to keep myself from over-thinking a puzzle, something I do sometimes. One thing that I wish we could do, I think area 3, in the
wine cellar. I wish there was a place to empty the mugs we didn't mean to fill. I managed to have just enough but I'd accidently filled too many of one type of wine and didn't want to dump it into the pillar cause then I'd have needed to reset.
I play puzzle games with the music turned way down so have no comment on the music. The sounds were fine. Game ran just fine other than a very odd, specific bug (I've mentioned it in bug reports) disconnecting my headphones (hard wired, not USB) made the game lag like crazy, to the point I couldn't even walk or use the menu. Plugging the wire back in, even without the headphones, fixed it. Overall, had a fun time, if they do another game like this, I'll very happily play.
It's a pretty good puzzle game. It's fairly short, but it does a good job at scratching that puzzle solving itch. There's nothing especially new about the kinds of puzzles they use in here, but they aren't necessarily boring either. I felt fully engaged through the whole game. The only issue I had through the entire game is often enough I would click on something and it wouldn't register that I am putting something down, so I would have to click several times to put down what's in my hand. I haven't seen others mention this, so either this is on my end, or people just aren't bothered enough by it to say anything. Either way, it's a mild inconvenience at best. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent but short puzzle game.
