About
In this dying age, only pockets of humanity remain. There was no apocalyptic event to speak of; only the cruel march of time and the inexplicable infertility of the world. Accursed creatures stalk the barren lands between settlements, which are themselves terrible places; squalid, medieval and mostly ruled by tyrants.
Our story begins in the town of Draenog, where the theatre performance you are putting on is interrupted by fighting at the gates. Demons have arrived. Your wooden sword will have to do for now, gather the troupe and defend yourselves!
Entropy is a post-apocalyptic role-playing game with an expansive world map, explorable towns filled with colorful characters, and a tactical turn-based battle system.
Embark on a quest across the lands to stop the demonic incursion.

Its stellar. Combat is punchy, worldbuilding is sublime. You can definitely tell its the same team that did Dread Delusion, for better or for worse- I love the art direction and overall vibe. Build variety is great and i appreciate having permadeath mechanics, it adds another layer of challenge without making the game a pissing match of stats and buffs. The only bad thing are the minor bugs (i had one freeze up , boss at the end of Act 1 didnt drop the sword it said it dropped {just another soldier sword}, the greatsword at the end of the act isnt aligned with the hands) but they dont detract from the gameplay in any meaningful way. Cant wait for more
Absolutely amazing, need more ASAP. Great mechanics, game has a good feel to it when moving around. The story is one of the very few in modern games that I actually became invested in. The world building is fantastic and gave me Morrowind vides at times. Good exploration Incentive. Just hope we don't have to wait forever for the rest of the game.

i really dig pixelated, old school graphics style and the "dread world" aesthetics. game intro (theatrical troupe etc.) starts with high C, however... warts pop up here and there quite quickly. - can't be reloaded after "accidental" death of a party member. like, you grind whole game, who knows how long, RNG happens, and character is gone, k thx bye. - gameplay is bit dull, slow and repetitive. - i don't see any innovation or ideas as interesting, complementary to visual design of the game. bit boring. will play bit more, but something tells me more issues will pop up...
Its a great game. Similar art and style to Dread Delusion but with a new turn based combat system that works flawlessly. My only issue is I wish their was more to play, but easily worth the pricetag given this developers reputation. Check out my full review for a more in depth look. It feels good to need a game manual again.
Great game, I finished I ACt and I will be waiting for full release. I found that difficulty is just fine for me on Hard settings, easier is boring. I love the style in graphics, character arts is amazing. To be honest is the only thing I dislike is fixed camera in some places in the game. It feels unnatural and useless and hard to control.
Disappointingly little content. I'm not inclined to refund such a cheap game, but there is really not much here especially given how much is included in the demo. Pretty disappointing given that I'm into the whole PSX/lo-fi style graphics RPG trend. These were, at one point, fairly niche. However, there are a fair few other games that use a similar style now, and as such, I feel like this is a bit of a let-down content-wise, even at this low of a price. I would wait for the story to be complete. Personally I would have much preferred a higher, maybe even doubled, price tag accompanied by a game that had the amount of content it seems like they're targeting for the full release. I have no problem with early access but I am just not sure that the value proposition at the current moment is particularly exciting, even if I were to be generous with the amount that is actually here.
found this game to be a few things. for one they make you be transgender. which is weird. the combat is okay but gets very stale once you realize maxing out your damage in its respective category i.e. magic , ranged , melee is all you have to do to win. the graphics, while at first are charming, become very dead and bland by the end. the lore is half assed and seems like something someone would come up with if they spent too much time reading pre-teen dystopian sci fi. overall rating 5.5/10 lacks depth
I picked up the full game after playing the demo. The art style is really unique, the gameplay feels smooth, and the map design is solid. Normal difficulty isn't overly challenging either. A few suggestions: 1. Decouple auto-save from difficulty — Right now, choosing Normal difficulty essentially locks you into Ironman mode. Could you separate the difficulty setting from the save system and let players choose whether to enable auto-save? Ideally, it'd be great to have manual save anywhere. 2. A way to view character portraits in-game — Each character's portrait is beautifully designed, but once they join the party, you can only see a tiny head icon. It'd be nice to have a menu or screen where you can check out their full portraits. 3. Auto-tracking camera during movement — When moving with WASD or a controller stick, could the camera smoothly follow behind the character as they turn? It'd save players from constantly adjusting the view manually. 4. EXP catch-up for new party members — New characters always start at 0 EXP, so the later they join, the bigger the level gap with the player. It'd be great if new members could start with EXP matching the player, or if there were some kind of catch-up mechanic. 5. Add a right-click cancel in combat — Could you add a keybinding option to cancel actions during combat using the right mouse button?

I really like this game! I love stressing about whether my favorite troupe members will make it through the next fight or not <3 The art direction, music, and writing are also very good!
