Enjoyable Family Trip

This is only the prologue to the VN and ends there. However, when you are in the title menu you will see an option that can be selected which can help the player access a patch to restore the full game. I won't be going into details on how to do this but if you've done this sort of thing enough then you should understand how to do it on your end. The Pricing doesn't make sense and this Publisher Group's prices never go on discount. To add to this, everything is MTL. The Publishers do not respond to any Steam Discussions. They do have a TwitterX and it would be great if they could put Pins on their Publisher Page or in their Games>Discussions, this way players can look for more info. I do hope the Pubs take it into consideration that a blind purchase and not carefully looking around for the conspicuously hidden instructions could lead to some heavy backlashing and negative reviews from player base. This review harbors no ill-will, I only put out what consumers would need or want to know ahead of time. Overall, I appreciate that the Devs&Pubs made a comeback for this game...For the other communities outside their region. Thus a thumbs up for this review.

So supposedly there is a way to unlock the full game in the settings menu. Despite looking in the "config", looking at the support site, looking at the questionnaire, the steam community hub, youtube, and generally online. I have failed to find such button or toggle or switch. The support site for Poison is strangely ancient. With the newest content being from 2024. The all japanese questionnaire asks about a different game. The only buyer who found the elusive button is ShrimpNoodle. Who has comments blocked so no asking him. Youtube and other sites including Itch.oi instead of "Enjoyable Family Trip" talk about an indie horror game "Family Trip" If anyone can spell out how to find this setting to get the full game I'll ( actually play the game) adjust the recommendation. But as is, I warn against buying on steam. After posting i also realize that the "prolog" is almost 2 hours. making refunding the game sketchy.

First off, if you're having trouble finding EVERYTHING this game has to offer, do yourself a favor and click on the questionnaire. It was very H E L P F U L L (~_^). With that said this isn't a necessarily bad VN. In fact, it would be very good, if it weren't so difficult to read. It's so poorly translated I find myself back tracking in the dialogue to make sure it's not my dyslexia causing me to f*ck up and misread something. Sadly, it wasn't. And that's really, really bad. I'm sure there are better translations available out there, in fact I know there are, but I'm not going to pay $55 in order to modify to modify text just to make this legible. So I ended up asking for a refund. If this doesn't turn you off and you're good with a lot of grammar and misspellings as well as copy that reads like this: [Hey brother, are we g oing tonight to meet u p at the apartments ro om of the sisters?] Yeah, it's that bad. This was clearly originally a mobile game based on the text structure and got ported to PC, then received a God awful translation from someone or maybe even an early version of ChatGPT. Wouldn't surprise me in the least. But whatever/whoever it was should not be allowed near another project from this dev. With that said, $55 for this is absolutely absurd and I wouldn't pay anything beyond $30 for this and yes, it does have the DLC included. The original way this was broken up was even more absurd with pricing to match. But, if that still doesn't detour you, like I said, go to the questionnaire in the main menu. It'll all make sense once you do.
