I actually loved this a lot, after everything i ended up with Danny, felt safe with him, he was really cute and i liked him a lot. As for Brendon... i liked him too.. really wish there was another way, another ending with him.
I really, really tried liking the game, but can't. The protagonists have absolutely no personality. The narrative is completely set in stone, no relevant dialog choices, not even a few to splash some flavor into the story. The remaining characters are shallow, cringy and straight up ... just wrong. All in all, the game utterly fails at creating a compeling story, everything one expects from a good dating sim / visual novel is lacking. Please, don't make the same mistake I made, skip this game, it's a waste of your time.
It was eh for the most part. The romances are pretty straightforward but in that sense also lack depth. Some of the romances won't work out, so be warned in advance that your "doomed lovers" trope is exactly that... doomed. Also, game play is not long at all unless you do all the routes. Expect a couple hours at most there. Now, I will give the game credit for this: the character design is great. There are some pretty realistic scenarios that play out as parts of the characters backstories so you might be interested by that.
I bought this on sale for $5 and id say it was worth that price, though to be honest not much more. I liked the characters I romanced, some of the others I wouldnt touch with a 10 foot pole. The conflict towards the end was sorta irritating. It felt like a a half assed way of adding drama without putting much effort into an actual compelling narrative, just skip that part until your character of choice forgives you.
I normally like Hanako games, so this was really disappointing. I didn’t like the plot, the romances were mostly just meh, the attempt to some cultural exchange between the UK and US had me cringing, not to mention the misogyny and racism. I would not rec it at all.

Not bad but not good either
Playing as male and playing as female are completely different experiences. I loved the male playthrough. Flynn (male mc) has such strong chemistry with all the characters. The romances are just so sweet and adorable, I thought "how could people possibly dislike this game?" Then I started the female playthough. It's really not good. The narrative is framed differently, focusing more on characters that didn't get as much screen time in the male playthrough, and I really didn't like their portrayal here. I couldn't get myself to finish the female playthrough. Overall, I do definitely recommend this game, but under the caveat that you should only play the male route.
I honestly thought it was a porn game at first, but I got genuinely invested in the story. As silly, cringe or pathetic this genre might be, playing England Exchange was suprisingly comforting. I enjoyed completing this game and seeing all the different ways the story could go. I really appreciated the skipping feature that would stop when something new would pop up!
