Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Frohes Siedeln :)

Great game, my dad played it and he got me into it though this "history edition" has way more bugs and crashes then the original and being forced to use Ubisoft launcher means you need to be online to log in and play. If they remove the forced log in I might change to a positive review.
Ubisoft absolute Katastrophe :( Zudem muss man sich doppelt anmelden. Retrospiele vernichtet durch Dekadenz. ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ████▌▄▌▄▐▐▌█████ ████▌▄▌▄▐▐▌▀████ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀
Nach 20 Jahren immernoch Crashes und irgendeinen Launcher den man nutzen MUSS.
In short the history edition of Anno 1602, which has all the various bonus level packs included, has a surprisingly large amount of content and replayability and all things considered holds up decently well for a 90s strategy game. The core economic gameplay holds up really well, the combat less so. PROS +A whopping 64 playable scenarios, which by my estimation can easily take over 150 hours to complete. +Surprising creativity and diversity in scenario design, despite lacking scripted events or more elaborate gameplay features of later titles. +Solid economic gameplay core, laying the foundation for the whole franchise. Is fun, holds up surprisingly well, and remains engaging even without all the other features that later titles added. +Includes land combat, entirely absent from most later titles. +Includes a scenario editor. +Lots of in-game alerts can be customized. CONS -Somewhat poor pathfinding, annoying in combat situations or when many ships are bunched together. -Unit/ship controls feel a bit dated, can be annoying in combat. -Interface is dated and clunky. Although you can easily get used to it, certain actions such as equipping cannons on ships or sending land units out when finished training, remain overly slow and laborious. -Instructions a bit unclear for some missions. -Some details about game mechanics (such as that fishing only happens on medium blue tiles) are not well explained and consulting online guides may be necessary to make the most of every concept. -Pirate ships are overtuned (too powerful/annoying) in some missions. -Although alerts can be customized to be less intrusive, some events (such as volcanic eruptions) will always reset the game to the slowest speed setting even when they happen on an island that's not yours.
