I had to come here and say. well done! to the developer team. what a nice polished experience!
It's good to see games that aim to be bite-sized, light-hearted fun, and don't just drag on to add artificial length. Combat is tight, dialogues are funny, and there's a pseudo-roguelite mode if you wanna get more of the mechanics. And lesbian panic!
En Garde! is plain fun. Don't think about it, just grab it on sale, play it and enjoy the colorful scenery, straightforward action and funny fighting animations. Kicking a table when hostile guards stand on top alone make this title worth your time.

I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. It sat in my wishlist for so long. It is such a fun game, reminds me a bit of assassin's creed combat but, with the fun of charm of being Puss in Boots.
