Better play original game instead of it

Electronic Super Joy: Groove City delivers the same addictive formula that made the original great — tight responsive controls, an absolutely banging electronic soundtrack courtesy of EnV, and that satisfying loop of dying repeatedly until a section finally clicks. The new scoring system and collectibles add a fun layer of challenge, and the levels are well-designed even if they lack some of the memorable set-pieces from the first game. My only real gripe is the length: I burned through the entire thing in just over an hour and walked away wanting more, which honestly says something about how enjoyable it is but also makes it hard to justify the full asking price. If you can snag it on sale or already know you're a fan of the original, absolutely grab it — just don't go in expecting a full-sized sequel.

At this point, you're either a masochist, a perfect human being, or a robot if you've played the original two and still want to suffer through this one. For everyone else, avoid.
