El Ministerio del Tiempo VR: Salva el tiempo

UPDATE: I finished the game. I dealt with the terrible motion controller setup. This is an incredibily short VR experience. But it is well made. This little game is innovative in a way as it take the puzzle /escape room experience and sets it in a bigger fully-fledged cinematic narrative. There's something really cool about being inside a TV show. The cinematic cut scenes were short, but very well made. You are at the center of this story arc. You can choose English and everything, including voices, will be in English. You will be able to tell that the actors voices have been dubbed. There's only 2 puzzle rooms. Each room is actually relatively easy for puzzle veterans. And even if you don't solve the puzzles in time, you'll start off again and this time with a better idea of what you're supposed to do next time. The annoying part is that several lines repeat themselves, they really need to patch that. And they need to patch the Oculus Touch control scheme. I think this game is worth the download. Quick, easy, fun puzzle/escape room experience with innovative cinematic cut scenes and story. Rating 7/10 would work with blonde MILF again in a super-secret time travelling (governmental?) agency saving the world from baddies So "El Ministerio del Tiempo VR: Salva el Tiempo" is very different from the earlier game they released which was a purely cinematic experience. This is actually an Escape Room Type game mixed in with cut scenes and there is an English option which has the narrator speaking English. I did not play this game too much because the movement for the Oculus Rift Touch Controllers is absolutely the worst any game developer can choose for the Touch tracked motion controls. You have to push the left joystick in to move and press the direction and you have to push the right joystick in and press the direction to turn 90 degrees. Yikes! I just gave up after trying to find the items the game wanted with this terrible control scheme. Hopefully the game developer changes the movement option for Touch controls on the Oculus because it seems like it's a visually well-made Escape room type experience with an actual story involved. The clues did seem quite obtuse though to finding the right items. And the narrator keeps repeating lines, which can be annoying. But I will hold off on reviewing until I can finish the game, because I am hoping the game gets patched for Oculus w/ Touch. Rating ?/TBD ... needs to be patched for Touch controls

This was a terrible experience. Shure it is free but it is not worth your time. it starts off good but then it is down hill from there. After you finish the first puzzle u get to watch a terrible 360 video then u do one more puzzle, see on more terrible 360 video and then it is over. U can safely skip this one.

En esta parte aunque sigue teniendo los videos muy baja resolución, que provoca algo de fatiga, también tiene fases interactivas a lo escape room en el que puedes moverte y coger objetos. Lo malo es que tiene el peor control que he visto en VR. Para moverte necesitas apretar fuerte el joystick y rotar se hace un suplicio. Aparte se hace difícil interactuar con objetos bajos (como cajones etc) y la segunda fase (la de la habitación) llega un punto de bloqueo que no puedo avanzar ([spoiler]No sé que más necesito para activar la radio aparte de la percha y el enchufe[/spoiler]). Otra de las partes negativas es que el juego te repite constantemente la misma frase de que tienes que resolver el acertijo y esto hace que te cabrees muchísimo. Los videos tienen una baja calidad y el juego, al que solo he jugado hasta la 2ª fase, es un escape room a contrareloj con interacciones mal implementadas. La serie es mágnifica pero esto es de suspenso y expulsión.

It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded good. Has text and voiceovers in English, that you select in lobby. Worked ok with HTC Vive. Has an exciting story. The artwork is great. It gives you 7 minutes to solve puzzle in each room, then it restarts you at the point the timer started. One problem i had was the floor of the map was 5 inches lower than my play area floor, not sure if it was due to being seated when starting game. There is a part for the radio that is close to the floor. Currently, there is no walkthroughs or guides out there, so here is some hints. The first room has hints in form of small pictures of objects that you get numbers from, for the door keypad. The second room deals with the radio in the room. Vision mode is broken. Do Not chose Vision mode, it is broken and you cannot change it afterward. Try it and delete it.

La idea es bonita, la ejecución, no tanto. Si caminas por la habitacion, todos los graficos viajan con tigo y marean... (no me mareo ni con juegos de coches). El movimiento con el mando, deja bastante que desear y no puedes moverte con total libertad por el escenario. En cosa de 4 minutos te has pasado la demo entera. Pues eso, una idea chula, mal ejecutada Eso si, es gratis; asi que no nos vamos a poner muy exquisitos. :-)
