Eclat: Idle Core Training RPG

This game is exclusively for Apple Watch. Apple Watch is required to play. Use the iPhone companion to view your collected flowers and adventure records. ANIMATED PIXEL-ART EXERCISE GUIDES A small pixel-art character demonstrates all seven daily exercises. Play, pause or step through the poses on Watch and iPhone, including on rest days. Viewing a guide does not record a workout. Hardcore Core Training. Heartfelt Fantasy. Available in Japanese, English and French. Every Day Is Core Day. Your core training becomes Eclat's adventure. Eclat is an idle RPG that encourages a daily core-training habit. As you exercise, a little animal chases away Wither Clouds and brings color back to the world's flowers. START A LITTLE WORKOUT A seven-day menu combines everyday exercises, Pilates and yoga. Choose 30, 60 or 90 seconds on Watch and tap Start. When enough wrist movement is detected, training completes and Eclat grows automatically. With permission, completed workouts are also saved to Health. Gentle exercises can be recorded manually. Growth is limited to three sessions a day. Rest never makes Eclat weaker. LET WATCH WORKOUTS HELP Enable the optional Import from Apple Health feature to import Apple Watch Core Training lasting at least 30 seconds, recorded after linking. The same exercise is never rewarded twice. Walking, other workout types and manually entered workouts are excluded. Records may take time to arrive. LEAVE THE ADVENTURE TO ECLAT Battles are automatic. Clear clouds and boss clouds to recover national flowers. When you return, the app calculates up to eight hours of idle progress. FLOWER LETTERS ON IPHONE See your flowers up close, read their names and stories, and save favorites. The first journey visits Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, South Africa and Bhutan. Gather all six flowers to unlock Eclat's flower-ranch illustration. Choose from five background colors. The game runs on Apple Watch. iPhone is a companion for the collection and adventure records. Movement detection runs during workouts you start in Eclat and uses wrist movement as an approximate guide. It does not count abdominal repetitions, assess exercise form or strength, or measure heart rate. Exercise records remain on your devices and sync between the paired Watch and iPhone. They are not sent to a developer server. Eclat does not assess or guarantee changes to your body. Rest as needed and enjoy the adventure at your own pace. APPLE HEALTH (HEALTHKIT) Eclat uses HealthKit on Apple Watch. With your permission, Automatic Recording saves completed workout types, start and end times, and durations to Apple Health. Import from Apple Health is a separate, optional setting that uses eligible Core Training records to help Eclat grow. Manual Timer does not save to Health or require Health permission.
