Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 166.6/day in the week to Jul 16 → 52.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Easy Red II is a tactical, realistic, historically authentic World War II shooter focused on large-scale, immersive battles that put you right on the front lines of the chaos.
Command your squad, coordinate combined-arms assaults, and fight across sprawling battlefields modeled after real historical locations of war. Playable completely solo against AI, or take the fight to other players.
Fight all across the globe. In the base game, Easy Red II features 6 extensive campaigns:
Anzio, Italy: a brutal bloody stalemate between Axis and Allied forces lasting for months in the central Italian plains in 1944.
Monte Cassino, Italy: a rugged mountainous campaign where Allied forces waged many attacks on the Gustav Line.
Tunisia: the final stand of German forces in North Africa in 1943.
Operation Flintlock: taking place on the Marshall Islands of Kwajalein and Roi-Namur: a joint operation by U.S. Army Pacific and Marine forces respectively to take captured Japanese Empire-held islands in early 1944.
The Battle of Makin: a battle coinciding with the iconic battle of Tarawa in which U.S. Army Pacific forces invaded the Makin Atoll, furthering their Island-hopping efforts in late 1943.
The Invasion of Kos: the Greek island occupied by Italians and invaded by German forces in 1943.
Across all of these campaigns, there are over 100 unique missions.
Easy Red II also features affordable DLC expansion packs, ranging from the Eastern Front in Stalingrad, the Western Front in Normandy and even across to the war-torn streets of Shanghai, China. These DLC campaigns add time-accurate vehicles, factions, and weapons—as well as over 80 additional missions combined.
Easy Red II is forever evolving. Whether it be AI overhauls, animation updates, free vehicle, weapon, or uniform additions, the game is sure to be constantly improving as time goes on.
In Easy Red II, we put you right in the shoes of the average soldier on the battlefield, fighting in recreated historical locations from the Second World War with historically authentic troop movements and orders of battle.
You aren't a special super soldier—you must traverse your way through roars of gunfire and shell-shocking explosions as you progress through the battlefield. Your survival is not guaranteed.
No man is sent in alone. In Easy Red II, you can control squads of soldiers with various roles: Squad Leader, Radioman, Medic, Support Gunner, and more—all with unique abilities allowing you to change the tide of any battle.
Operate iconic tanks from World War II, featuring detailed armor penetration, ballistics, and crew mechanics. If you lose a crew member, you may lose a function of your vehicle as well.
Some iconic vehicles range from the M4 Sherman, Willys Jeep, Churchill, Panther and Tiger tanks on the ground to aerial vehicles such as the Spitfire, P-51 Mustang, P-40 Warhawk, P-38 Lightning, F4F Wildcat and Bf 109 in the air, with many more.
The battlefield is not static. Forests are leveled, defenses torn apart, and buildings are reduced to rubble over the course of a battle.
Play online in both PvP and Co-op with friends.
Take on missions from the base game, the Steam Workshop, or from a custom mission you created yourself.
Join a friend's squad or play with your own.

It's a 65-70/100, somewhat generously. Gameplay (movement, shooting mechanics, vehicle mechanics, etc) is very stiff, clunky even. The game borrows from mid 2000s titles like DOD or BF1942, fairly obvious comparisons to make. Though I'm not sure that this game, 20 years on, improves on anything from those titles apart from community interest and server population. It can feel like a well done mod at times. A large portion of the game (in my admittedly limited time with it) revolves around squad mechanics, this felt a bit under cooked and more cumbersome than enjoyable to use. These mechanics reminded me of another mid 2000s title: GTA:San Andreas. Ordering your squad members around felt reminiscent of the recruitable gang member npcs from that game and I didn't enjoy dealing with the ai companions there either. Other issues are not really that big of a deal and should be expected in titles from smaller devs, indie jank you could say. Things like menu UI, the HUD, and inventory management are unpleasant to deal with. Though this game is apparently in active development, so I would imagine that these areas could be tightened up. Ultimately this is not a terrible title, but some of the reviews maybe gas this up a bit more than it's due. If one goes by what's on the tin they should not be disappointed in their 10 dollar purchase, it's just that many reviews and commenters represented this game in a way that does not match with my experience with it. With all of that said I'd still recommend this title. People seem to love the dev and have a lot of good to say about community engagement in the development process. There is DLC, but not an absurd amount and the prices of those are also very reasonable. Maybe it's negative polarization but after having sworn off of ever buying another Paradox Interactive product ever again, I'm inclined to view devs like this very favorably and I have some optimism for the future of this game.
$10 easy to learn, lots of missions, create your own maps & missions. Honestly for $10 this is a steal. It is far more casual and arcadey than ARMA or Squad is, but that's a plus when you just wanna play with your neural typical friends.
Its like gaming was 20 years ago. Easy straighforward no bs. Corvo Studios have produced a real winner. Shame more people dont play it.
This is a game
Game is a fun mix of casual/sim FPS mechanics set in the various, some lesser known, fronts of world war 2 with a focus on large scale infantry based combat. Everything works together pretty well, and does a good job at getting me immersed in the more realistic difficulty settings. However the map/level and mission design is quite repetitive after only 20 or so hours, and some of the moment to moment gunplay mechanics are super janky. (Try using a MG42 off a windowsill, for example.) Some more varied props/terrain and a bit more verticality would do this game wonders. The asymmetric balancing with unit counts is a wild decision to me, also. I only play this game PvE solo, and I highly advise against trying to interact with the community unless you're a hardcore homofurry communist type, otherwise they'll ban you with no warning. :) 6/10, worth the price of a cheap coffee but not much more, and I might buy the Stalingrad DLC just to pretend I'm playing WaW again.
English:Here are a few issues we hope the development team will seriously consider:1. After a vehicle is destroyed, I have to click on each squad member one by one to redeploy (raising my hands in surrender). Why can't we have a one-click solution for the entire squad?2. If a vehicle is destroyed in a safe location, why can we only surrender instead of retreating?3. Tank vs. tank duels are intense, but the enemy AI can lock onto me through multiple layers of visual obstructions. This really kills the immersion.4. Since aircraft flight controls have already been simplified a lot, why isn't there any corresponding bombsight or aiming reference for bombing? Right now it's purely based on feel and experience, which is frustrating.
