I haven't finished this game yet but the amount of challenge and replayability this has was enough for me to share my piece This game is quite cool, If you like Megaman X mixed with tough gameplay with some replayabity here you go: + Positives + | Soundtrack is quite solid enough to be memorable and sticking out on it's own | The graphics are pretty nice along with having it's own kind of unique art style if you are into 16 bit games in general | The story is interesting enough keeping me engaged with it's narrative | One of it's interesting replayabilty aspects is that upon beating the stage you can do it again with a handicap roulette system of sorts in which you get certain effects that may or may not benefit you if you don't mind the extra challenge | Gameplay wise is pretty good with a controller, the movement is quite solid and the bosses will certainly keep you for a while if you don't end up learning their patterns and i bring it up because in a few ocassions it took me a bit of time but did felt quite rewarding in the end - Negatives - | You certainly can have a biiit of a tough time learning all of the mechanics with this game in general, by this i mean that it took me quite a bit of time to understand how to start my 'first mission' upon getting to the hub for the first time or the first level after the opening one of sorts, not a major negative at all but it was worth pointing out I believe that's it for now, i am 6 hours in this week with my first save and some more on my Steam Deck (No Cloud Save yet saddly at this time) since any nitpicks i have will be adressed eventually, a lot of aspects gameplay and difficulty feel tightly tied enough that i don't mind recomending this game at all and it certainly could use some sharing because this feels underrated

Yes I also found about it thanks to the Mega Man X6 videos. Good marketing strategy, haha I only played the first level so far, but it's really nice. I only wish instead of having a button to change between two weapons, the button just fired the other weapon. Maybe it makes sense later if there can be equipped more than 2 weapons. Nitpick aside, enjoyable; already recommended it to a friend.
Story:Great, isn't fully complete but what is there is geniuenly compelling,i especially like the introduction of three new elements and their implications. Presentation:Uses a mix of a realistic and gritty artstyle while still having a lot of elements resembling the mega man x series of games, really good especially the character portraits, soundtrack is good Gameplay:One of the best replications of mega man x combat with very smooth and fun movement, the arsenal and rpg elements make this game stand out a lot and gives a lot of player expression, tho once i picked a certain playstile i tried to stick to it. As for the level design and bosses they are all pretty great with a lot of mechanichs and gimmicks that don't feel intrusive while still being a fair challenge, tho you are definetely gonna need a good and defined build to tackle each stage in a satisfying and fair way,i especially liked how each boss ramped up in difficulty midway through the fight making them all memorable in their own unique way. Final verdict: 8 out of 10 This game is a really good mega man x insipired indie with the only big notable issue being how the blightmare mechanic is mandatory if one wishes to replay the stages to regrab a collectible they missed.
