非常好玩的割草游戏，虽然年代很久远了，但那种一刀扫掉一片小兵的感觉还是很爽，初中那个时候玩的学习版，现在长大了回来给自己的童年补一下票。

Regarding my experience from last DW franchise (DW 5 and 6), the mechanic still same. I just play this game for better animation and graphic. Got new hypothetical story line for another story line. I'll skip DW 9 and wait for next franchise after DW Origin.

A very nostalgic game atm u still played PS3 and idk why DW8XL on pc doesnt have the audio when the guy talking on the screen before the battle unlike DW7

*Best played with a controller but be warned A and B/ X and O are swapped in the menus.* 1 vs 1000 with 77 different characters that have their own favourite weapon but can be swapped with others. There's 5 campaigns with historical and hypothetical scenarios and a 6th for the other characters. There's also an ambition mode where you fight battles for resources and officers to build and upgrade your base to bring the emperor to you and there's a 2nd version of this mode that you can choose to start after meeting the requirements. Challenge mode and getting your characters best weapons the 5th and 6th weapons can a pain and will require grinding each character to level 75+.

It's 2026, and I still paying expensively for this game. and it is worth it
