This game is fun but 100% unforgiving. You have to be on your toes at all times. A LOT of stuff is poorly explained or not explained at all. The game is more than happy to watch as you screw yourself over because you didn't know how things were going to interact, in part because you couldn't have really known until you pressed the button and were met with failure. For example, one of the starting abilities gives you +1 AP so that you can queue up more actions in combat. Simple, right? Well, keep in mind that this is given to you in the form of a Buff. The ability does not indicate this. Yes, the Buff is displayed on your character when present, but it's something you don't have to think about, MOST of the time. So, if you are Cursed, you cannot gain Buffs. The game will let you click the ability, waste the resources you've accumulated, and then... nothing happens. Because the ability was trying to give you a Buff, but you can't get those right now. The actions your characters can take in the game are curious; most of them are purely sidegrades to just attacking regularly, or abilities that will only benefit you once every few combats, if that. You really really have to pay attention at all times, always searching for opportunities to take advantage of these abilities. Sometimes these opportunities NEVER come, because you can't find an item or ability that interacts with the one you have, and that can be demoralizing, because then you have an ability that may as well not exist. One can easily accumulate a bunch of abilities that would be amazing if you had something that synergized with them, but nothing ever appears. So in summary, if you want a game that will never, ever hold your hand, never help you up when you fall, and never explain to you WHY you fell, but will tacitly reward you with engaging gameplay throughout the experience, provided you keep your head on a permanent swivel, this is your game. Edit: There's not much to do after you "beat" the game and receive maybe the most underwhelming reward I've ever seen for spending a lot of in-game currency. Unlockable classes are weak. It's hard to feel powerful in this game. I almost can't recommend it, but I had enough fun with my time that I still will.

Love the game. It can be played over and over, with different choices every time. And you'll die. A lot. But for a simplistic game, and quite engaging and secretly difficult. There's a lot of hidden things to look out for. Would definitely recommend it.
very relaxing
Excellent introduction to rogue-LIKE games and still darn fun for old grodnards like myself that enjoy a good dungeon romp. Very interesting game.
A genuinely neat dungeon crawler, I'm excited to see it grow more.
I would like to play it if I could get rid of the battle screen after it first comes up. It's like the game freezes. Can someone help please>
Highly recommended. I've got a really good feeling about this. The interface needs work, but it's all in there. I really like the combat style. I think this might be the game that gets me into JRPGs. The flow of the early game is balanced perfectly. Just confusing enough to be really interesting, but the clarifications pop in at the perfect pace. There is no quick-save at the moment, so you could lose about 20 minutes to the last save point. But that's a roguelike.
Deciding to make a full review because there are two. This game definitely is early access there are two or three noticeable bugs, that being said none of them hinder game play. Game is already more then enough content for the price tag and so much is being added. I have too many games especially in turn based RPG genre and it might be an addiction. This combines some awesome mechanics and rogue lite elements to make a refreshingly unique combat system in this day and age. Nothing to much like it on the market. Buy it now save 15 percent and get in on the game before the content and maybe the price increases. Buy it even if its your last ten ish dollars, buy it!
Good game
A bit like "Slay the spire" but you have always the same basic spells in your hand.
