Dungeons & Dragons Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition

A very great game if you don't mind some good medieval fantasy style play. I know why the reviews are bad, but there is an explanation! This game originally came out on cd in the mid 2000's, and it worked back then, and still works today, even better so long as you install it right. Assuming you want to play online, there is a popular server that takes some minor installation steps to get it at it's best. It is a roleplay server, for adults, meaning no one under 18 years old. You can look up the server from the forum at: www.bgtscc.net And now, the Steam version is as good as the other versions, thanks to the Goat on the Discord channel. The community is helpful and friendly. My advice if you are new to roleplay, as someone once gave to me long ago, is to, "Look at the world through your character's eyes." It gets easier with practice. Hope that helps!

It could be a fun game. Sadly it's so broken I can't even begin to properly play. Avoid if you actually want to play a game.

Crashes everytime. Chapter 1 leaving the childrem farm!

Game Crashes in the Loading or in the Dialogue... a shame. Wainting the fix update to change it.

Yes, it's an older game, but it's a classic D&D game. THE D&D GAME. I have no technical issues. Captivating story, great companions with their own personal traits and opinions, rewarding character building. As for the older D&D games, I always preferred Neverwinter Nights over Baldur's Gate. Of course, there is amazing BG 3 now, but NN 1 and 2 are classics.
