This is a good match-3/rogue-like mash-up that feels like it's missing a piece. After 44 hours It seems like I'm playing the "endless mode" part of a bigger game. I'd *like* to play that bigger game but that's not there. Something puzzle-questish. But it is what it is and what it is is pretty decent. 4 out of 5 stars.
More luck than skill, controls are weird (probably made for touch input originally), overall a rather disappointing match 3/roguelike mix.
Well worth the money, easy to understand hard to master.
this + music\podcasts is just great time.
I was excited to see this! I am a big fan of Dungeon Raiders, and it is, to my knowledge, not available any more. I haven't played this enough to be sure it has the quality that DR had, but so far, so good. In case you aren't familiar with Dungeon Raiders (and I imagine not many are familiar with it, or I would be able to find it), we are talking about a puzzle RPG. Many puzzle RPGs are an epic grind, and I will bore of long before they get interesting, if they ever do. This is a shorter, roguelike puzzle RPG. However, many shorter, roguelike puzzle RPGs are too much puzzle not enough RPG, you feel like the games are sameish quickly. Dungeon Raiders, and, I hope Dungeon Wizards, manages to give a short experience with a lot of variety.
This is a really nice "chain match" style of game. The only issue is The Chaotic. It's mindnumbing to play through that gametype in order to unlock the last character. I'll be quite glad when I never have to touch it again.
The same game from different points of view. For ten level each. And then you can play it for levels on Hard.
its fine i think. some of the spells are really bad and could get replaced with more interesting stuff.
I really like the unique and relaxed gameplay. The only issue I have with this game and the reason why I was hasitant to vote thumbs up is, the the constant mouse dragging might lead to carpal tunnel issues 😂.
It's a good Rogue-like game for killing time. Recommend for those who don't have a high-spec PC or just want a game that can be played anywhere, anytime.
