A refreshingly original concept, executed with its own set of charming faults. This game delivers on exactly the premise it presents: A dungeon-crawler where each creature you slay in the dungeon performs some sexual favor in return for beating it. The story is engaging enough, the art is beautiful, and the mechanics (while at times rough) were easy to understand. Where my enjoyment of the game began to show was the stagnant nature of combat. I am more than happy to accept this as a "skill issue" and move on, but I couldn't help but feel that there really wasn't a concept of "getting better" at combat. Without divulging too deeply into the nuances, it is one of those "time the attack exactly to deal more damage" type systems. But your damage always remains the same (unless you're willing to use items). And even if you somehow managed to time your attacks perfectly every single time, the enemies only seemed to get more and more powerful while your own power stays the same. Perhaps this is an intended thing, perhaps this is accurate to the classic genre, or perhaps this is just my own skill issue. Once more, I will say that this did not result in a bad experience with the game just an experience which I noticed often as I played. At any rate, I recommend this game. It is a fun, short adventure that even throws in a cheeky "multiple-ending" thing at the end for all you multiple-endings heads out there :P
