Drunken Fist 🍺👊 Totally Accurate Beat 'em up

Despite some solid game design, the game goes on way too long. The goofy controls actually add a lot of strategic depth to the moment-to-moment gameplay, but the best games in this genre (Streets of Rage, Golden Axe) are an hour long or less. This isn't nearly as good, and it's just as long. It needed an editor badly. It's still fun as a new spin on familiar tropes.

This is a fun time. The controls can be maddening at times, but that's kind of the point. You're drunk, it is harder to move around. Once you get the hang of it, you're definitely at more of an advantage than someone who is drunk anyway. Also, you get to pee. A lot. Fun thing to have to do in a game, I suppose.

I regret my poor spending habits

It took me one hour to complete the game. 6 different types of opponents, each with their own move set. It is necessary to monitor the level of alcohol in the blood and the level of the bladder in order to replenish the first and empty the second in time. The game is quite easy and fun. Of the minuses - the drunken state of your character greatly affects how you hit enemies. Well, in principle, you can quickly get used to this and you will fly by everything quickly. The developers promise new levels, but it would be nice to diversify them or add something new to the gameplay. Toward the end of the game, I started to get bored already. I hope for new interesting updates. Аt the moment 6/10

Fun for 5 minutes but don't expect more than that. It would be cool if it was expanded into a full game with some kind of story progression but that doesn't seem to be the way this is headed. Fun cheap beat-em-up with nice "low poly" graphical style, drunk protagonist and whacky gameplay.

Important note: If you don’t pee, you lose health. Stupid fun. 7 levels. Get it for a dollar. Runs on Steam Deck.

People criticize this game, but I will tell you I enjoyed it more than the sequel. It was a really fun experience. Recommended!
