Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Drops of Death is a murder mystery visual novel where the killer is randomly chosen at the start of the game.
Featuring four dateable characters, this romantic story has a deadly twist: you may unknowingly fall in love with the killer. Not all love is innocent, and it’s up to you to decide if you can look past their actions or bring them to justice.
Drops of Death is a killer dating sim not for the faint of heart.
Adrien is a college student trying to destress from classes by going to the school’s pool. What should’ve been a relaxing nightly swim quickly turns into a bloody nightmare when a hooded killer emerges. Adrien barely manages to escape the killer’s clutches. Traumatized and with the case ongoing, Adrien can’t help but feel the killer is watching them, waiting to finish what they started.
Choose your pronouns, with the option to choose between two different appearances for Adrien.

Edwin is Adrien’s best friend and a fellow marketing major, who is part of an active campus fraternity. He can be very protective of Adrien’s well-being and has walked them home to ensure their safety a number of times. However, Edwin has shown extreme bouts of jealousy when Adrien displays the slightest interest in others.
Would a best friend really go to such lengths to "protect" someone they hold so dear?
Fawn is an energetic and knowledgeable detective who runs her own true crime blog called Fawning for Crime. Though she can be annoying (especially to Detective Singh), she loves talking about a killer’s motive and unsolved cases. Some may say her passion for crime is a bit…unhinged.
Could this cute and bubbly true crime lover really be capable of murder?
Natasha is a quiet college student who was on the school’s swim team until she was advised to leave for unknown reasons. The experience she had with her teammates wasn’t pleasant and led to her being distant and at arm's length with others—except her older brother, Anton.
Can grudges with old teammates be strong enough to kill?
Nick Singh is a young homicide detective in charge of leading the murder investigation. Growing up he always wanted to be a detective, and eventually he started his career in his hometown, but was relocated to this smaller suburb. Up until now, he’s been forced to do paperwork and small, uninteresting cases.
Would a man who vowed to protect others really commit such a horrendous crime?

I have done two playthroughs of this game and I had fun each time. I love the aspect of not knowing who the killer is. I haven't accidentally dated one YET, but I'm trying lol. I love the art and I do like the ability to have different body types and pronouns. I do think Adrien lacks common sense which can be frustrating. It sucks the few times you are able to act with common sense through choices, the love interests can get upset. I also think the killer reveals are un even. Minor spoilers below:
My first playthrough, I romanced Fawn and Edwin was the killer. It made sense and it felt cohesive. My second playthrough, I romanced Edwin and Singh was the killer. The reveal felt rushed and I still don't know why he killed the swimmers.
I still think it's very much worth playing it. Despite my critiques I'm excited to play again to romance both Natasha and Singh!
Super enjoyable and very replayable, I usually find myself doing multiple playthroughs in a day when I have the spare time. I was genuinely shocked I'd romanced the killer in my first game!

An incredible game. The first playthrough was such an unpredictable ride. Love it. I really enjoy the fact that the game allows you to experiment with the setup after you get an ending. It creates so many interesting and unforgettable variations. I will certainly spend several days trying to catch as many endings as I can. Job well done!
It's a very creative approach to a dating sim and the story has enough twists and turns along each replay. There's tons of endings and different scenarios to play with despite it being a visual novel. Considering what this game has done regarding the mystery and each love interest/possible killer, you can tell story wise this was well thought out. This game's creativity is something that shouldn't be slept on and a nice shake up from the usual dating sim genre.
I didn't think I'd enjoy this all that much but I am hooked!
I like the plot and how each character is shown from different sides when they become murderers, though the choices don’t make much difference aside from the romance routes.
This is a fun and unique idea. I enjoyed my first playthrough and plan on exploring more of the options in the future.
I like this game so much. It has a lot of possibilities with having 4 different killers and depending who you romance. Collecting all the evidence and CG's was actually super fun since I could see different perspectives. It may have some areas of opportunity, but I still think I had a really great time playing! 8/10!!
