About
Dreadholm is an isometric online RPG set in a dark fantasy world where something has gone very wrong. The village of Ashvale is surrounded. Creatures crawl out of the wilds, the dead are rising, and the plague only known as the withering continues to spread. You arrive with nothing but your weapon.
CLASSES
Warrior - Melee brawler. Builds rage with every hit and spends it on powerful abilities. Tough enough to stand in the middle of a fight and keep swinging.
Mage - Ranged caster. High damage, low survivability. Manage your mana and you'll clear rooms. Mismanage it and you'll be walking back from spawn.
Ranger - Mobile ranged DPS. Fast attacks, high crit chance, built around kiting. If something can't reach you, it can't hurt you.
Priest - Holy support. Heals, buffs, and keeps the party of their feet. Dungeons are a lot harder without one.
LOOT
Equipment drops with randomized affixes... Prefixes and suffixes that roll different stats every time. Your longsword more than likely will not have the same stats as the next one that drops. Compare gear, weigh tradeoffs, and chase your upgrades. Trade what you don't need on the auction house to other players.
DUNGEONS
Instanced dungeons with scaled difficulty. Boss encounters have traditional telegraphed abilities that require positioning and coordination. Bring a party.
EARLY ACCESS
Dreadholm is in active development. It's built from the ground up with a proprietary engine and server by one developer. Updates are regular, feedback is read, and will constantly shape the world and what gets worked on next. What's here now is playable and growing.
Free to play. No cash shop. No paid advantages.

Solid game. Combat feels simple but good. Lifeskills (mining, smelting, potion making, etc.) are all present and seem to be functional. Start off completely naked and gear yourself up. Loving it so far.
I love it! If you're fan of the old graphics RPG/MMORPG games you will love it, take time to grind it, Got few things in the game like party, loot, rarity loot, different class gear, quests and more. I think if devs work on the game as we know it's Early Access game then hell yeah! Game needs clan system, trade system and maybe housing system later in it. I love that some quests you can run multiple times and grind forever. It gets harder later on when you need to do dungeons but with right people and gear everything is possible!
I find myself enjoying it quite a bit so far. Will update as I get more time. Only annoying thing is being close to something and still getting a 'too far away' message after it already took the time doing the action as if it was going to work. Otherwise, nice so far, excited to see what will come.
I must say that I'm really enjoying this game so far. Old school Diablo vibes, which is love for me.
#tinygamereview

Old-school action MMO with quality-of-life that doesn't deter from its simplicity. Seems to start off extremely-easy rather than unforgiving and/or too tedious (it's a little tedious...) the way many others like it tend to. 📖 🟧Narrative: None to be found at the start, at least. 🔊 🟨Audio: The music is catchy and simple, but seems to clash a bit with the visual style. 🖼️ 🟩Visuals: Lo-res/fidelity but really-well-animated. Edit: not sure what happened but there is no auto-tab targeting anymore. Game felt really good until the recent update. They ruined warrior in one swift move. instead of making their attacks hit a limit of 3-5 mobs they completely changed the way they behaved since i started playing. woke up today and got into some combat and instantly died because i can no longer cleave enemies. if this came with an auto target switch on mob kill. sure, fine what ever. but now it's just clunky and unusable. when a rage generator skill kills something, i have to hit tab and then spend then rage. like why the hell do i need to target something when i'm spinning in a fu**ing circle? and after i kill something it should auto tab target me to something if it's within that very short range. why is that not a thing? the skills that actually do AOE are weak, long cool down, and the fury cost is fine, but you need TWO fury generators on your bar, otherwise the rage skills are just useless and not in rotation. there are a lot of ways they could have changed the warrior with out freaking the way he was played. on top of all this the games janky, the terrain is hard to move through cause your always getting hitched on invisible corners. and the priest can't be a healer because they don't get any loot if they don't tag the enemy with at least one hit. oh wait, you have to channel for 1.5 seconds. oh sorry, your ranger friend kills things in 0.8 seconds and has ADHD and can't let you channel for 1.5 seconds because that would be an unbearable wait. so thanks to that, priest is unplayable. it's a game. it plays. it's got a long way to go. i could have forgiven most of this if they didn't rugpull mechanics away from me. the game should be fun (which it was, before this recent update) now, it's just another game that doesn't respect my time and wants me to kill 1000 mobs 1 at a time for minimal progress. i'm sorry, but i have a life to get to. one of the huge reasons i even tried the game was my friend telling my i could power farm like early 2000s. grabbing groups of mobs and kill them all at once... yeah that didn't last fu**ing long. "oh but you can still use whirlwind or cleave" those skills suck for the effort of building up rage.
