Amazing Game far ahead of the times. Great replay value and once you understand the mechanics super fun
I have had to game since 1995? years or so. I have enjoyed every thing i saw in the game. that being said it would be cool if I could play it in a full color type like I could back in the 90's.
This is one of my favorite old school games - I used to play it on my Commodore 128 way back in the day!
This is a 34 year old game. Would have been part of the Bard's Tale series. Company factors intervened. A well written satire of global politics in the G HW Bush administration.
I bought this game when it came out. It is similar to the Bard's Tale series of games.
This is essentially an unofficial Bard's Tale IV, as it was made by some of the designers of those games. While it's a neat Wizardry-like CRPG, it feels dated even for 1990. It's not bad, it is kind of enjoyable, but it pales in comparison to similarly styled games of the era - the Bard's Tale trilogy and the grandaddy of them all, the Wizardry series. And ultimately, while this is a recommend, there are far better games like this that one should explore first. I'd say that this is more of a recommend for those familiar with the game style but definitely not a game in that style that should be experienced first.
Retro game that brings back memories.
