Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I'm coming to this pretty late, but I've been presently surprised. What if you took about half of the ideas from Breath of the Wild (Korok puzzles, third person action, cooking, etc.) and merged them with about half the ideas from Minecraft? The result is a pretty solid action / building game with some charming characters and locations. The game is astonishingly talky. So much dialogue spent repeating the meager jokes that have been pre-portioned for every region and telegraphing the inevitable final boss fight. Still, I find myself surprisingly invested in a few of the characters, even if they are basically meeples moving around the diorama I'm building. There's a little bit of automation gameplay here if you are interested in that, but not so much as a Factorio or even Rim World. Expect to have do a fair amount of the work getting your villages set up before the villagers can start cooking their own meals and the like. You don't strictly *have* to take care of their needs, outside of quite specific story quests, but if you aren't interested in doing that, this game might not be for you. I wish there was just a touch more in the way of unique items to search for to make exploration more meaningful. I mentioned Korok puzzles, and you definitely can stumble upon those, and some rare boss enemies will give you a special recipe, but in a game that gradually is giving me infinite of every type of block, most items I find in a chest or tunnel just get unceremoniously dumped in my deep inventory.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.44/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Absolutely loved this game, its so cute. The building is so satisfying. The story is nice too!! Shame I waited this long to play, truely a gem. I had such a good time
D'habitude, les jeux addictifs : "Oxygen Not Included", "Loop Hero".
An excellent, excellent game with some unfortunate drawbacks in the form of room number limits, height limits, and chest limits that prevented me from ever really building the way I wanted to if I wanted the game to credit me for it. I don't think I've spent this much time on a non-remake, non-MMO Square game since DQIX, and I feel like I could be stuck here for several hundred hours more if I don't cut it off somewhere. People with completion tendencies will probably feel a bit trapped by this one, but variety and mystery are easily its strongest aspects, followed by a story which contains the usual DQ silliness peppered with a number of ultra-badass moments. It's just really good. In the 9.8 vicinity for a building game if you ask me. Play DQB1 if you want something more concise though.
