Great ARPG and abridged way to experience the story of DBZ. You can play up to 4 characters (mainly) from Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta to Trunks, each with their own unique abilities (though there are a couple of copied moves) Minus the DLC the game covers the Sayain saga all the way to the Buu saga, the DLC adds some stuff from Super and a bunch of prequel stuff. I think my main gripe about this game is that a lot of the enemies are very samey and repetitive. Like yeah, it makes sense to fight robots and Frezia's forces a bunch but you'll get really tired of it very fast. The battle loop is satisfying but it gets so old because the grind is so slow for a lot of the characters, which you'll need to grind in order to stand a chance against the bosses. I think this is to encourage exploring the world map in order to collect food and supplies, which is fine and all but how about speeding up the leveling and giving me more enemy varieties? I get that's hard to do considering the main characters are super powered intergalactic warriors and thinking of variety especially when retelling and stretching out the story of DBZ in game format is a task in itself but I think they could have gotten more creative. If you love RPG's like me and love love love Dragon Ball and don't mind the grind, give this a go. It's fun. The DLC is short and very overpriced though. That's Bandi Namco for you though.

For all dbz fans, this is a great game it gives a storyline which you would expect, it includes very fun dlcs, and side quests i love the graphics and gameplay. Totally worth and recommend.
