Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

the fact that ALL OF YOUR SURVIVOR abilities are gotten from a GATCHA system in a pay to play game ruins this game in general

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 24: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Jul 24 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

maybe the most psychotic region locking I've seen in any game, if you try to play with a friend who doesn't live right next to you the game will just refuse to match you with any players
better than expected extremely low player count though and requires a VPN connection to Japan to get a higher player count
Ever since the Crossplay patch its easy to find a match between 2 minutes. If you're a fan of asymmetrical games and also of Dragon Ball there is really no way for you to not enjoy this. You can make quite the weird quirky builds for your survivor and also the feeling of being a Dragon Ball villian is an unmatched experience in this game. All that being said, buy it when its on sale as it usually goes for dirt cheap.
its a fun game when you can actually find a lobby. and bring back the raider button. if you cant fill lobbies, then fill empty teams with COM players, they did it 15 years ago, you can do it with modern tech, it's not hard.
dead by daylight if it was good
I played both xenoverse 1 and 2 on sony's playstation 4 for a few years. Then bought this game day one on the ps4 and loved it. Yeah its live service but I enjoyed while it lasted until season 4 or 5. I stopped playing it because the match making was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Also content creators ruining the game because they sucked as raiders. Years later I finally got a gaming desktop pc. I bought this game on sale for three bucks. For me it takes half an hour to get into a match. The gameplay is good as I remember. But they made raiders overpowered and survivors really weak. Over got some wins as a survivor. I couldn't get into a match as a raider because of it terrible match making. You would need a VPN to play the game to get matches. Overall I'm making this review almost four years later. On launch day to season 3 was awesome. When we got to season 4 or 5 it was terrible. Do not buy this game if you want to get it on sale. But do not buy it. Wait until they make Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 in 2027. Hopefully that game lives up to the hype. If you finished reading this Thank You. Have a good one.
pretty terrible game, heavily raider sided you cant even actually play what you want, just incase you were thinking you might try this game out despite the reviews. if you play killer, its up to an AI to decide whether you get rebalanced my tip? survivor is ♥♥♥♥ to play unless you're level 1000000000000000000, so just autolog until you get killer priority
