Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Ingiustamente Criticato?

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I really have to say that the game is really, really good. I had played it a bit back in the day it was first released, and found the darkness kept me from enjoying it. There was the "duct tape" mod that gave you the torch permanently, supposedly as a weapon attachment (in the original game, you had to switch between the torch and the weapon), but even that did not make the game even remotely enjoyable for me. The BFG Edition remedies all that, and I now find the game is as engaging as a contemporary shooter. Yes, the graphics show that it's dated, but do not let that deter you. It is a great experience even now. Wholeheartedly recommended.

DUM DUM DUM RENATA IN MY ROOM
A horror action classic! So recently I was actually replaying Doom (2016) but dropped it after a few levels. While it’s a great game, I’ve always struggled to go back and replay it as there’s just something about it that makes me never want to return. Like I was picking up PDAs and unlocking lore entries and I was like “wouldn’t it be great if there were audio logs or emails to read to help fill in the backstory?” and then I was like wait that’s Doom 3. But ya this was actually my first ever Doom game as I remember playing it with my dad on his old PC and it is such a great horror shooter. I was itching to go back and replay it so I finally jumped in. But what did I think? Starting with the visuals, the game has aged pretty well for the most part. The character models and textures do look dated but one thing that the game still looks great in is its art direction. The lighting is superb and it does a great job of creating a creepy atmosphere that obviously takes influence from the earlier Alien films. I ended up taking one really great screenshot of some of the lighting when I entered an area but then soon found out there’s a bug where the game disables achievements if you take a screenshot and then pick up a PDA soon after which was lovely. But this can be resolved if you just quit out the game without saving and then restart it. Gameplay wise, this entry focuses on being a more horror based shooter, with some slower gameplay and you exploring tight corridors and dealing with monsters that are meant to scare before you rip and tear. There are some genuinely scary moments the first time you play through but at the end of the day it is still an action shooter. The weapon lineup is great and all the classic guns except the super shotgun (in the main campaign anyway) return. You also need to reload your guns as you're not just firing from your total ammo supply which I like, and I also like the detail of most of the guns having a visible ammo counter on them. And the sound design is still top notch with the guns sounding hefty and impactful. I have always loved the charge up sound the plasma rifle makes when you reload it. As for the ultimate guns you have the BFG and the new edition of the soul cube, The BFG works the same as it normally does except here you can either do a single shot or charge up the whole mag for a bigger blast which I only realized later on even though the ammo display was telling me that the whole time. Then you have the soul cube which you get towards the end of the game and that’s because it’s OP as hell. Basically whenever you kill about 5 enemies the soul cube will charge up letting you send it out as it will kill almost any enemy in a single hit and then return health back to you. I like the little audio queue “use us.” when it’s ready to fire. It took out the second last boss in a single hit but the last boss does take a few hits with it at least. There are the changes and new editions added in the BFG edition which I know caused controversy for many fans but I always just found most of it to be nitpicking. Some of the complaints I agree with though. There is also the change to the flashlight where in the original it was a physical flashlight your character had to hold up to light some darker areas but you couldn’t hold a gun at the same time making those moments where an enemy popped out to be very tense. The BFG edition did away with that and instead has the light attached to your marines armor, so you can have the light on and hold your gun at the same time. Honestly, it was always an overblown controversy to me. Yes I agree it does sacrifice some of the tension and it would have been better if they made it an option people could toggle on or off. As someone who has played both versions, I don’t mind the armor light and it just lets me focus on the shooting. Now we get into some of my issues which include how annoying some of the enemies are and the combat encounters they throw at you. For one, I do like that the game treats the enemies as a legitimate threat as you are playing as a normal marine and not the Doomslayer who glory kills demons like he’s cracking open a beer. Like when you first encounter the Hellknights (my personal favorite enemy of the series) they are legitimately scary and they just soak up bullets and BFG rounds for breakfast. That said, some of the enemies are just really annoying like the possessed soldiers who are hitscanning with their guns and will basically always hit you when they shoot even if it’s with a shotgun at long range. The chain gun guys later were especially annoying. Otherwise every other enemy mostly just runs up to you and hits you and melee based enemies are always annoying to deal with in a shooter imo. Then you have the imps who will often be waiting for you with a pounce attack as you open doors which you can’t really dodge so they take off a huge chunk of your health bar and the game loves to spawn enemies behind you while you're busy dealing with a lot in the front. Obviously it’s all there to create challenge and it does but it always feels cheap. Lastly, the story is decent overall. It’s nothing groundbreaking but like I said at the top of the review, I like being able to pick up audio diaries and read emails to find out what was happening before all hell broke loose and piece together the story. And the setting of you being a lone survivor in a facility has always been a personal favorite premise of mine with other games like Alien: Isolation, Dead Space and System Shock. But overall, a solid shooter and my personal favorite Doom game.
Dehşet, vahşet
A bundle with doom 1 2 3 ROE and a new DLC for doom 3. What can I say, I just love my BFG
