where do i start.... the main threat of this game is not screaming but BEARS. if you do not scream it doesn't matter because the BEARS will consume you like BEARS also there's enough traps in this small woods to lead me to believe the Viet Kong have been occupying this area for many moons the traps are incredibly difficult to see because the game is darker than a 5 and bellow in Gary Indiana this causes each encounter with a trap to become a guaranteed death so every new trap is just a death so you have to just remember each and every location or you will die immediately. after playing for an hour i quickly realized the same 8 or so jump scares and noises just play randomly with no real reason or danger this obviously intern caused me to become very unfearful of them and just annoyed instead none of the actual paranormal stuff can kill you it seems. the microphone mechanic works fine i guess but i was never really scared and that's not because I'm a brave big strong man its because the scares are lousy at best. also the map design is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ its not big and yet is full of so much stuff that sounds good on paper but the stuff its filled with makes absolutely no sense at all like jeff Bezos carrying a comb on him no sense at all. the map has all of the following cults, spacecraft, world war 2, cannibals and your typical cliche spooky ♥♥♥♥ like cemetery's and old houses and whatnot. i was definitely more confused than frightened. overall this game is bad at making you scream but good at killing you with BEARS if you are into the idea of dying to a BEAR or have a BEAR consumption fattish than this game would be GREAT for YOU but if you want to play a horror game than this would be a awful and uninspiring pick.
