A fun little narrative driven game. You play the same campaign 3 times in succession with increasing difficulty to experience different story beats. Certainly not a game you'll come back to over and over, but definitely worth a few $ for the experience.
After Getting this game on a whim I genuinely Loved the game play the fact there are 2 alternate Endings in Differing Modes is GREAT A hidden Gem on steam ill recommend it to literally anyone who has spare change left in their steam wallets as the game overachieves <3
Puzzles are challenging but fair. There were a couple of levels that had me stumped, but not because they were impossible, just because I'm too impulsive to strategize lol. To win this game, you need to slow down, pay attention to everything, and learn from mistakes. When I finally completed a difficult level, it felt satisfying. Immersive eerie music and sound design, professional voice over, unique and disturbing zombie variants, and there's even replay value. Glad I played this!
Yea I'm liking this one. I like the story. Combat is simple but that's fine. Voice acting is actually top notch. Give this one a shot if you like zombie stories where you have to do more that just listen. Also bonus points for seemingly taking place in New Jersey.
cool storytelling
Good story, nice ending, simple but effective gameplay, kinda short but well worth every penny.
This game is a perfect blend of the zombie genre with traditional strategy based games. It reminds me of chess (and a bit of Pokemon as well) in the best way possible in its turn-based combat. Beyond the controls and layout of the game, the story, art style, and acting bring you into an engaging world of friends and foes. If you like zombies, or strategy, or both, I would highly recommend this game!
Don't Get Bit is definitely a hidden gem! It is a zombie turn based strategic game in which you play as Cassie, a sarcastic 18 year old zombie survivor who is tasked with fighting zombies for 30 levels. What seems like a simple game at first eventually turns into a very strategic game the higher you go in level. However, whats nice about the game is as the story enfolds you eventually meet other characters that join your party in which it makes the game even more interesting from a strategic level in terms of how you should navigate each level and each zombie type. That being said each level is crafted really well with strategic challenges that you well need to overcome but is also fun at the same time depending on what characters are available for you to use in that level against the nine types of zombies. In addition, I also enjoyed how this game had a voice acted narrative for the story as you progressed through each level detailing the background of each level as you progressed. This alongside the challenging turn based combat and just overall theme really made me enjoy this game. (What's also nice is if you find any of the levels really difficult and need to skip them, you can turn on skipped levels in the settings and easily skip a level if it's too hard to still progress and obtain the ending). In which I also thought was nice as this game can definitely be challenging on some levels. That being said, I give this game an 8/10, It's a nice indie tactical zombie game with a compelling narrative story being told as you progress. While I only completed the initial journey, there is a second and third journey for players that want an even harder tactical experience in which I would definitely recommend as there is a lot of tactical fun to be had here if you enjoy fighting zombies from a turn based tactical standpoint.
Nice short game. Thumbs up.
On fait le tour du gameplay en quelques minutes et le monologue de la doubleuse est vite pénible.
