It's the zombie apocalypse and Cassie, a sarcastic 18 year old armed with only her wits and a kitchen knife, must get to her uncle’s farm. Keep Cassie alive in this turn-based strategy game as she battles the undead across thirty levels trying to survive and not get bit.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very fun game! Don't Get Bit is an interesting mix of turn-based strategy and survival with a strong story behind the game. The variety/progression in playable characters, enemies, and map layout makes every level a new challenge that is fun to explore. The mechanics of the game are easy to pick up and this is all around a very high-quality game!
Really love this game! Slick, polished indie turn based strategy game, with a great narration, back story and plenty of challenges in the engaging game play. Unique and outstanding art style. My favourite zombie apocalypse genre meets turn based strategy. Highly recommended and well worth the asking price.

This game has a good story. It's a fun game with three different endings, so it's worth playing all these times and thinking about different strategies to get to the end. Really good drawings and dynamics. Congratulations to the creators! I would recommend translating the game to other languages since the story makes a huge difference. Also, translating to other languages might bring more revenue. Hell, I would like very much to participate in the translation process to Brazilian Portuguese.
Full review is here: https://explorminate.co/dont-get-bit-review/ Short version is Don't Get Bit is overall a decent game. It has a solid narrative, lovely hand drawn artwork and has more depth than initially appears. It's a bit difficult to recommend to experienced turn based strategy players but would be an ideal title for those new to the genre.
I'm having a lot of fun. This game plays well and runs well, the writing is good, the art is fantastic, and the character design and voice acting are incredible. I don't normally like having to restart when something goes wrong, but I don't mind as much as usual here. I am going to second a quality-of-life suggestion from the community board; some way to see the awareness of zombies would help. A few times I've gone in with all intention of sneaking through stealthily and had to destroy all of the undead.
I really enjoyed this game, and I liked the way that playing through the three journeys forced me to change my approach. Although I don't disagree with the turn-based strategy label, I found it leaned more toward the puzzle side than the kind of games that usually jump to mind for me in the genre (e.g. civ or xcom - it's not like those).
"A puzzle-strategy game with an engaging story, they say? We'll see about that!" *over two and a half hours straight and all thirty scenarios later* "I saw about that! Very, very good!" lol
First experience with a turn-based strategy game - so much fun! Just the right amount of challenge to keep me coming back for more. Felt like I was cruising along with ease until Level 23 - things have slowed down, but I'm muscling through - I'll help Cassie & Co. beat those zombies yet! Love the narration and story - can't wait to see how it ends! Drawings are fantastic, to boot!
Puzzles are challenging but fair. There were a couple of levels that had me stumped, but not because they were impossible, just because I'm too impulsive to strategize lol. To win this game, you need to slow down, pay attention to everything, and learn from mistakes. When I finally completed a difficult level, it felt satisfying. Immersive eerie music and sound design, professional voice over, unique and disturbing zombie variants, and there's even replay value. Glad I played this!
This is an Indie piece of art. Original, simple and fun. Levels are quite varied and fresh, each of them adding something new to the experience. Good job Canine, looking forward to more projects!
