In this retelling of Dante's origin story which is set against a contemporary backdrop, DmC Devil May Cry™ retains the stylish action.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.71/day in the week to Aug 25 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The coolest game for any 14yo
The DMC Netflix anime WISHES it could pull off fanfiction like this game does
No entiendo el odio que tuvo esta entrega pero realmente me parece buena, he jugado los otros Devil May Cry y creo que también son buenos. Es un buen juego, más allá de la polémica sin sentido es un juego que recomendaría.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Alright game but started to crash constantly, so I recommend this game.
Well, this game is... something. It plays completely different compared to the older dmcs (haven't played 4 yet). Fights are fluid and enjoyable for the most part. Every weapon feels unique and having the ability to switch out ANY weapon at ANY moment gives a lot of freedom when fighting. Level design is good and there are some stages I found to be really creative (mission 10 in particular). Soundtrack is fitting and not bad at all. Exploration feels rewarding, and looking for keys to open secret missions doors was fun. I can't believe I'm saying this about a dmc game, but platforming feels great. I don't think combat is as stylish as other dmcs, but still attacks feel powerful and smooth. However, believe it or not, this game has some rather... questionable qualities. The overall story and the characters feel dull. The few bosses you fight are boring, and the final boss (mission 20) had zero buildup and felt underwhelming. Some cutscenes were genuinely uncomfortable to witness (specifically the one after the succubus fight). I found the game to be extremely easy, and I played on nephilim difficulty, also achieving a high ranking combo is ridiculously easy too, the 10th time you get an SSS combo without even trying doesn't feel special anymore. Getting halted mid-combo because you grazed a red/blue enemy with the wrong weapon is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. One of my biggest issues is this game's devil trigger: it no longer is a helpful tool to use to heal up, gain more mobility or deal more damage, but instead feels like a literal nuke, trivializing enemies and healing huge chunks of health. When playing on higher difficulties, you start to catch on the game's trend to mix and match the only 5 "difficult" enemies to use in an enemy wave and call it a day. The difficult enemies in question are the only enemies that downright try not to get mindlessly comboed on (by using parries, having weak spots or shamelessly teleporting away), so yeah, the bar is pretty low. I got all achievements on the base game, and I can say it gets pretty boring after the second/third playthrough. It really is a terrible devil may cry, but it's still a good action game. I'd say it's simply a mediocre game that got way more hate than it deserved. I would recommend to get this game on a cheap sale. Tbh, I did have some fun, you might enjoy it if you give it a chance.
