I don’t remember how I got into this house. I only know that I need to quickly find a way out. Something terrible is walking around the house and looking for me.
Warning: Asset Flip!
Dissection is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store packs, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers. It's important to also note the "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. They've slapped together a haunted house interior asset with a zombie/ghoul asset to make a basic "stealth" adventure game where you wander around the haunted house asset and hope the ghoul asset doesn't see you or it runs up and jumpscares you. That's it, that's all there is to the game. The level of depth in the game is identical to the amount of work the developer spent making their own assets instead of stealing other peoples... none. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. That's right, only 3. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is to be expected. Gamers just didn't take this low quality game seriously, and for good reason. Dissection is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend. Note: Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not count towards your Game Collector counts, achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
I didn't play such kind of games before, but i do like it. exactly what i need to relax after work. Rather fun than horror))
This is another cheap entry into the "collect-items-while-avoiding-a-monster" horror genre. It is from an indie dev, done in first-person view, and the monster is a skinless corpse. Although it is described on it's Store Page as "horror", I would not categorize this game as true horror. I did not find it scary at all. Somewhat suspenseful, yes, but not scary at all. However, I would call it a pretty good cat-&-mouse stealth game, and a good puzzle. There is no background, and no story. You just start out in a locked room in a house. You must search the room for the key to unlock the door. Then you avoid the skinless corpse and race upstairs to find an item. Then you race back downstairs to find an item. Rinse and repeat 15 to 20 times. Most of items are keys, and usually the item you get helps you in some way to get the next item. You can only carry 1 item at a time, so there is exactly 1 specific order in how you must progress, and figuring out this specific order is the puzzle. The whole time you are running back and forth between upstairs and downstairs, this skinless corpse patrols throughout the entire house. There is a giant wardrobe closet in every room (except the greenhouse) for you to hide in. This game takes a lot of patience, as you will spend a lot of time inside those closets, learning the corpse's route and timing it. You can usually progress by 1 or 2 items at a time, then you have to hide for a minute or two. If you ever lose track of where he is, then stay hidden and watch. The corpse walks at a deliberate reasonable speed as he normally patrols, but moves at lightning speed once he sees you and locks onto your position. If he sees you, then an eye icon lights up in the bottom right corner of your screen. If he comes around a corner and catches a glimpse of you going around another corner or going into a wardrobe, you will probably be okay. However, if he catches sight of you out in the open, you are dead. When I said he moves at lightning speed, I was not kidding. It's like he teleports to you. Also, this is perma-death. When you die, you have to start completely over back in that first room. So, between your deaths, you will have a lot of trial and error figuring out in which order to collect the items and open the doors. Another thing is that when you learn his route, it is only temporary. Every time you open a door into a new room, he will change his route slightly to now patrol the new room too. You need to be aware of every route change. There are two endings, so you will have to play through twice to get all of the achievements. However, the achievements do not count on your Profile. Also, there are neither trading cards, nor Point Shop items, so once you get all of the achievements, there is no replayability. The game should take between 4.0 to 5.0 hours to get both endings and all of the achievements. Also, since the game is meant to be completed in one session, there are no manual saves. The game ran perfectly fine too. I experienced no bugs or glitches.
make dissection 2 now or i'm bombing the random spin games HQ
Это полнейший шлак, копия копий, очередная пародия на гренни. Геймплей - https://youtu.be/CUXrS3JobOc
What can I say I hated playing this game it wasn't fun at all the monster moves like Usian Bolt when he sees you. I thought the game was clunky I could move through tables and I was knocking over chairs when I was nowhere near them. This isn't much of a review but I just wanted to say that I got no enjoyment out of it what so ever. I did do a gameplay of it if your thinking of buying it give it a watch. https://youtu.be/UpOLDAWxzAQ
The Juraak is the most annoying thing ever added to a game.
Dissection is one of those games where you start in a locked room for an unknown room, and you have to escape a house while evading a monster. There are the usual locked doors and hidden keys to unlock said doors, the lack of answers and the super-powered monster. In this case it's a weird dude that moves super fast as soon as he sees you. He doesn't run, he just moves really fast. And there's no crouch, so good luck trying to be stealthy.
I want to make this clear. THIS GAME IS JANK AS F***. Which is part of the charm. Pros: - It's a fun silly game to play - It's very inexpensive - I wanted one of those "Bad games that feel good to play" and this was ot Cons: - Naked man walks too fast - As a jank game it do be broken - You will essentially have to perfect run it to beat it. I again want to say, if you are looking for a AAA game do not get this. If you are looking for a cheap game to play during a fright night that has beauty in it's roughness this is perfect to get them giggles in with. 3/5 cardboard boxes
Bécraph est probablement l'antagoniste le plus dangereux et charismatique de l'histoire du jeu vidéo. Félicitations à Cratouf pour sa détermination à fuir le cauchemar de sa vie. Hâte de découvrir la suite dans Slenderbéton.
