Played the game for an hour. I am very pleased that the game ran smoothly. Soundtrack was great.

Dinoblade is exaclt what it says on the cover: A game about dinosaurd with giant swords. Is it the most polished experience? No Is it well balanced? Meh, could use some tweaking Is it FUN? abso-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-lutely it is. This game has a lot of qualities that I look for in games, the combat is snappy and well responsive, it doesn't overstay its welcome, and it runs perfectly well. That said there are somethings that could have been better implemented: 1) I think some bosses have way too much HP. I understand the first brachiosaurus being a berseker with a huge healthpool, but its maybe TOO much. same goes for a couple of other bosses, but i think the most egregious one has to be the final boss. The fight itself is clean enough (altough the second phase summons are sometimes so outside the camera that they become almost impossible to dodge), but having invested 90% of my points in strenght only to see that the final boss was getting barely tickled by pretty much all of my attacks except a fully charged L2/LT was insane. 2) Some summons have really neglegible effects on the game. Some other summons are just way better, either the numbers of the effect themselves really need some tweaking. That said i would absolutely recommend this game if you're looking for an indie action hack and slash, that doesn't try anything particularly innovative, but it's just plain fun to play.

i have never done a review before but this is one of the best games i have ever played 10/10
