Digital Diamond Baseball V13

This is a great game especially for Card and Dice players who want to take advantage of the "Board Game Companion" feature. It also allows you to play using Statis-Pro 4th Edition and Statis-Pro Advanced game cards and engine. This is for baseball simulation enthusiasts! The actual on field baseball simulation is more accurate than OOTP (in my opinion). It is designed for a different type of baseball fan than OOTP, this is geared more towards the replay gamer than the general manager type gamer. One of the best games of all time for my style.

I bought this game in good faith and posted an honest complaint about one feature. The developer afterword went into my private post to and changed the wording to make it appear I never criticized this feature. He has also tried to send a fake friend request with a a virus to gain access to my rig. This type of person can not be trusted and I would urge others to stay far way from this product. Their are other Cheaper better baseball games to tickle your fancy. Do business with him at your own risk . Do not say I didn't warn you. This man can not be trusted.

Use this for my Strat-O-Matic and Payoff Pitch board game replays as it provides much more than a simple stats tracker utility as I have all the player, stadium and logo pictures for each league incorporated into the game and as I am rolling my dice game I get visual play-by-play commentary on my laptop as I enter in the boardgame results and it is great fun. I also play the new Statis Pro 4ed version whose engine is built into the game which is also loads of fun as I use all the built in MLB seasons to create an all star league with all the greats from MLB history. This is truly a flexible baseball sandbox and a baseball lovers dream!

Update at 53 hours, if you search for the Best of the best just buy this, this game should be never be on sale, ever!! This is probably the best adaptation of any game with probabilities, a Meta Blueprint, a game (or software) that is almost undoubtedly that its magic will remain invincible, just through the simplicity.....It's not a sim manager but it's everything you want from a baseball game and less!!!!

Digital Diamond Baseball v13 is an excellent computer baseball simulator. It is feature-rich and the developer is extremely responsive to user requests. DDBB comes with every season in baseball history at no extra charge and you can customize / create your own leagues, teams, logos, ballparks and play-by-play commentary.

Fantastic as a board game companion. I use it to play important games, pennant race and post-season games. I then use the sim feature to play the rest. This allows me to jump between different games I enjoy with the board game companion and more quickly play seasons. Great for building out history and lore of a league.

I am new to DDB and really enjoy the game. I use the traditional game play engine. Allows you to roll dice and import the result. Easy to download photos. Customer service is very helpful. Lots of fun if you like baseball.

The new 13 version has so many new features, it'll keep me busy for a long time. This game is based on player's real life abilities, and as a season progresses it holds true to form in nearly all cases. I really enjoy playing standard game type with my own dice rolls, but with the new add on game types I will be doing a whole bunch of experimenting. Thanks Mark for another great version of Digital Diamond Baseball !! Love the fact that I can visually customize nearly everything also !

Pretty much the same as previous versions, and still waaaaaay too much in service to StatisPro dice chuckers -- still, worthy of support.

Great product for support with tabletop baseball. Awesome to use along with Strat or other game systems. I can play a game or two here in DDBB, and then I can switch to cards and dice for a while and eventually just record the tabletop stats in here. I do wish the process of inputting tabletop games in DDBB was faster, but it's a small quibble. EDIT: I've played a bit more and the tabletop game input has become very tedious. I still like and recommend the game, but I REALLY wish there were a way to enter the game results faster. I have resorted instead to keeping my card-and-dice stats in Google Sheets and just using DDBB to play games when I don't have cards and copying the results over to my master spreadsheet/pivot table.
