you need to add support for 2 joystick like in really life, was really annoyed as i wanted to have that immersive feeling, please add support for dual joysticks thanks

Pretty neat. Worth the price. It supports controllers and uses ISO controls like real excavators. Hopefully the developer adds more levels.

Pretty fun for a 2-4 hours. It's like having a excavator toy that you can control. Unfortunately there are some technical problems You should be aware of before You buy. If you are ok with those, then go ahead, you'll have bit of fun with it :) - Steam says you need a controller to play. Not true, it's actually better with a keyboard tbh. I've used the ps4 controller, it works, but I found the game is more responsive when using keyboard instead of analogs. For example when in driving mode on a controler (ps4 pad) you cannot go full throttle and turn at the same time (you can do half throttle and half turn). You cannot contol the camera independently, there are a few modes- some follow the bucket, some are just static outside camera, there is one from inside the cabin, but the only one that is functional is the one following the bucket. Unfortunately the camera sometimes clips into the excavator itself and you need to control it blind or reposition the excavator. It would be great if You would be able to change the angle the camera is looking from at the bucket. Or at least have collisions with the excavator model, although that wouldnt solve the problem with the boom obscuring the area you work on. Another thing- the earth you dig out is transformed to ball like 3d objects that acually spawn when you "touch" the ground with the tip of the excavator bucket. The ground is disappearing (not always). The collisions with the bucket bug out with rocks, you can shoot a rock out of your bucket and loose it. Or, when you need to clear the paths- you don't really need to move the earth to the sides, you just need to move the bucket through the mounds to clear them, they will eventually dissapearv on their own. Which brings me to another problem- levels have a completness meter that goes up to 100%. It's not really clear what is done/not done sometimes. Sometimes you get to 98% done and keep digging or filling in the holes and nothing happens for a few minutes. Then, in frustration you just randomly stab the ground you're working on with your bucket and the meter goes to 100 and the level ends. Also- it needs some more variety in the levels. I think it's a cool first version, let's hope the next version will be better

Works OK on the steam deck. I honestly recommend purchasing this if you are about to rent an excavator! It isn't at all like driving the real deal, but if you set the controls to ISO you do get a basic familiarity with how it works, and i think that saved me an hour or two of frustration in real life! I remember a professor of something like Computational geology rambling about "the three states of particulate matter and the complexities of how gravel transitioned between them depending on angles, vibrations and a host of other factors" i was a bit curious how this simulator handled all that. The right answer is "it doesn't, but it is still kind of interesting." All in all, if you are curious how an excavator works and want to spend very little money on an acceptable simulation, i say buy this! The development seems to have stagnated, and that's a pity, because the controls could need some more work, i wish there were more levels and so on, but it is still OK as it is.

So the excavation mode on ISO is pretty accurate to the controls I've use before on equipment but the loader controls are completely atrocious. If you are using a controller (which I do) your LB and RB buttons should be forwards and backwards with the left joystick for only steering. The front bucket on the right joystick needs to be reversed (Pushing up brings bucket down, Pushing down brings bucket up) Quality of life fixes otherwise I would give it a thumbs up.

Needs more camera control and it would be nice switching faster between cameras (you have to wait out the animation), but otherwise ok. It has 8 levels, some extra promised as "coming soon", but I have the gut feel they won't be coming.
