Muito melhor do que eu imaginei que seria. A história te envolve rapidamente e os puzzles são bem divertidos. Alguns bem fáceis, outros um pouco mais elaborados, mas nada estressante. Os personagens são legais e vão evoluindo conforme a história avança.
Nice detective game. Decent puzzles and character designs. I also liked the cel shaded locations with the paper cutout characters. The plot and writing were okay for the most part, although there were a couple logical flaws (e.g.
why Ridelle never opened Preston's safe despite having the key all the time, or why Tuesday suddenly caved after Prestion's safe key was brought up when he didn't have it on him anymore
). What I didn't like about this game is the visual novel style dialogue. I'll never be a fan of clicking through lengthy conversations with zero choices to be made. The game could also have used a couple deduction minigames, like those in the Sherlock Holmes games or in The Darkest Files. And the finale was dragging on for too long. Doing it in 3 rounds was fine, but the dialogue should've been tightened up, particularly in the 3rd round, and some of it should've been condensed into cutscenes. However, even with these criticisms I did enjoy the game and am looking forward to the sequel they announced at the end. Rating: ★★★☆☆
This is a cute, simple little escape room/mystery game. There are various influences you can spot here. The music is definitely doing its best to convince you it was a cut track from the GBA Ace Attorney games, and there's some pretty obvious telltale colored text here as well. That's just the writing though, the main gameplay is solving escape room style puzzles, and those are pretty fun. They generally only have a few clues to them, and the game goes out of its way to tell you each puzzle is kept to one room, but it's not so easy you will always know what to do right away (or if you do, it takes some work). You'll want to bust out the notebook to make things easier for yourself. On the topic of writing, I think the character dialogue is decent. However, I was a little disappointed with the actual plot of the game, and the way the details came together. It was all a little underwhelming, I would've appreciated some twists. That being said some of the interactions did make me laugh, while some of the characters feel a little under-baked compared to others. At the sale price, it's definitely worth it though. There's a good amount of gameplay to be had.
I've played through this game three times now, and it's still such an amazing game. Sometimes sweet, sometimes serious but always worth playing. The puzzles are challenging but not impossible. the characters are unique and each adds their own delightful flavor to the game. And yes, it's gay as heck. I checked it out based on a curator recommendation and was not disappointed at all. Love it and can't wait for the sequel!
cute and fun. wish there was a text log and stuff but I still liked it.
Short and sweet puzzle game (will last about 2-4 hours) with a solid cast and a good sense of humor. Hints are available and meted out at a good pace if you need them—I actually learned a trick to solving tile flipping puzzles from this game that I had no idea about before. And hey, it's GL! Looking forward to the developer's next endeavor.
A bit lacking on the technical side (a slider for the music volume would be nice), but the puzzles are really good! Not too hard but all decently unique, they go really well with the relaxed feeling of the game.
What a delightful game! I laughed out loud so many times at the dialogue and the puzzles were refreshingly different from the same old same old. I love mysteries and gathering clues and interrogations and I just LOVED the characters and setting in this one! The hint system is really nice too - they kind of walk you through just the next step. Ignore my play time - I played offline; I played for 8+ hours in total. Would play anything by these developers - someone's got a great sense of humor! Here's hoping for a sequel.
Very cute, funny, and mildly challenging at times. A nice and short puzzle based experience that I highly recommend.
I honestly did enjoy this game, the puzzles vary in difficulty quite nicely and always feel good once solved. the backend of the game is a bit chat heavy without much of a breakup. Would recommend.
