Neben "Cat's Request" und "Cat and ghostly road" ein drittes Spiel vom gleichen Entwicklerteam (scheinen zwei Leute zu sein). Wieder wunderschön, was den Artstyle betrifft. Von allen drei Spielen war dieses für mich das komplexeste. Das liegt vermutlich daran, dass es keine deutsche Sprachausgabe gab (es gibt englisch und russisch) und hier doch umfangreicherer Text zu lesen war. Zum anderen mag es meinem nicht vorhandenen Orientierungssinn geschuldet sein. Was bin ich in dem Haus herum geirrt, um ein bestimmtes Zimmer wieder zu finden... Hier ist man als weiblicher Geist unterwegs, begleitet von einer Katze, um ein Verbrechen aufzuklären. Zentrale Schauplätze sind ein romantischer Friedhof mit ein paar weiteren Geistern, sowie das große Anwesen. Alle drei Spiele waren toll. Dieses hier ist von der Stimmung her am düstersten, was sich auch im Soundtrack widerspiegelt. Bitte, macht noch weitere Spiele.

Lovely little point and click experience with pretty art, neat character designs, and puzzles that (mostly) make sense. There were two particular moments that I felt were difficult to logic out because they were solved differently from similar puzzles in the game, but that's more on me than the game itself. There are I think two missable achievements, but they're easily gotten on a second playthrough and take only about fifteen minutes to get even starting over from the beginning. If you like point and click adventures, don't want a huge time investment, and would like to enjoy some pretty and slightly spooky graphics and ambiance, this is a perfect game and I very much enjoyed it.

"Детектив из усыпальницы" (или почти "байки из склепа" :))) очень приятная визуально игра, неспешно рассказывающая небольшие истории своих героев и, конечно, главной героини Джейн. Успокаивающее музыкальное сопровождение, стильные интерьеры, немного видов природы, и самая приятная наша спутница и помощница киса Пульхерия. Со временем Джейн откроет (найдет) лабораторию, где сможет проводить необходимые исследования. Героине необходимо находить предметы и правильно их применять для продвижения по сюжету. Если нормально запоминать локации и не решенные в них загадки, то сложности прохождение не вызовет. Я застопорилась два раза, тыкалась-мыкалась, бегала по локациям двести раз, а оказалось все просто: чтобы прогнать ворону, надо использовать предмет из лаборатории, который надо там же зарядить электричеством, вы поймете, о чем речь))) Второй раз к концу игры, когда надо открыть сундук на чердаке, тоже погоняла по округе в поисках ключа, а оказалось, надо использовать предмет для открытия, который был со мной почти с самого начала. В игре 5 концовок, по 1 на каждого подозреваемого, но верная, так сказать, одна. Хотя я бы сделала верную концовочку с тетушкой, вот это была бы байка из склепа))) Историю с няней оставляйте напоследок. В общем, конечно, бурю эмоций игра не вызвала, но она очень приятная и расслабляющая, можно неспешно по-тихоньку бродить, искать и решать задачи, наслаждаясь видами и интерьером. Если не тупить, как я, игру можно пройти целиком часа за 4 со всеми версиями концовок. Пррриятного пуррртешествия!

while i can't recommend detective from the crypt at full price, is a must have with a discount. the gothic cozy mystery vibes, talking with ghost and being assisted by a ghostly feline make the experience a really comfortable one to spend an evening collecting and examining clues along a warm cup of tea. i recommend either chamomile or cinnamon tea to accompany you in this short phantasmagorical romp to find the culprit who took down most of your family and yourself. the art direction and sound design carry this point and click adventure. everything is pleasing to look at and the melodies in the background will help you immerse in the victorian setting. truly a relaxing and most often cleverly written experience. some downsides i could mention are the clunky movement and ui. the magnifying glass needs to be in the quick access bar with the candle and the mask, not inside the inventory. it's also pretty short and you can see all the endings in sequence, a la clue (1985), so there's not much replayability. easy to 100% in three hours or so. find me on my curator page: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/44079361/

Somewhat surprised at all of the positive reviews. Found the interface/UI clunky and there was nothing compelling in the story to make me continue wanting to play.

Добротный инди квест ,простенько вроде бы всё сделано но с душой ,атмосфера присутствует,играть можно. Ачивки правда иногда глючат бывает ,не сразу выдавали когда помню проходил,а когда только из игры выходил.

Нормально. Можно играть.

I am glad that the previous game from this studio didn't put me off (I was one of the few people that didn't like it). This one is way better. It still suffers from lack of polish here and there, but it is vastly superior in most aspects to their previous game. It's also clearly inspired by one of my all time favorite point and click games, Goetia. While much easier, shorter, and less innovative than Goetia, it still captures its atmosphere well. Art is great, and the story is interesting, and has a cool ending. It's more detective-esque than Goetia in some respects, which is a nice touch. Another similar game that came to mind while playing this one was Whispering Willow, another great game in the genre. I can 100% recommend this one, especially if you are a fan of story-based, paranormal point & click games. The last game by BOV seems different to their previous ones, I'll have to check it out soon.

This was super cute and a fun way to spend a cold evening! The animation is gorgeous, the puzzles were really simple, and the whole game was just a delight. :D
