Gordon's daily life requirements consist of taking a shower, urinating, eating, and sleeping. Other than that, Gordon is free to do whatever he likes during the day. Usually, Gordon putters around on the computer, sweeps the floors, and plays clicking games with his phone. The clicking games somehow earn him a few cents per game, and Gordon uses the money to have food delivered straight to his refrigerator. This is what passes for a simulation of Gordon's life. GS2 comes with no instructions, although a tip on the screen shows the player that the Tab key will bring up a menu with four items available: A phone, what looks like a paint roller, a broom, and an empty hand. The WASD keys for movement are hard-coded, even the arrow keys don't work and there are no options to remap any keys (sorry left-handers). However, there are numerous graphics configuration options, which is quite amazing considering that the models and textures look like they just walked out of a time machine from 1999. There are a few sound effects, but no music. To get the cash to fill up the 'fridge, Gordon must be tapping on the phone as often as possible. There are is a phone app called "Tickstonk" that produces money and each one will produce some cash after a number of successful mouse clicks in the center of a circle. Exactly what this clicking represents isn't discernible, but apparently the people in Gordon's world love it. If Gordon gets enough likes, he could level up and make more money. Gordon can also start a stream on his computer using an app called "Two.Watch", assuming he is desperate to exercise his index finger even more. There doesn't seem to be any penalty if Gordon ignores life's work and just stands idle. In fact, Gordon can do nothing for days and the worst thing that will happen is the screen flashing and pulsing with indications that Gordon needs to eat or sleep, etc. GS2 includes a few Easter eggs, a little doll that laughs with a cackle that would make Kamala Harris jealous and (surprise!), a click game on the computer where failure results in hackers stealing money from Gordon's account. This is the extent of Gordon's world; he never leaves his little apartment. Gordon Streaman 2 is a smooth playing clickfest for right-handed players that want to simulate basement dwelling, otherwise, it is not recommended.
Gets boring after an hour. Not worth the money
Pointless, linear, no feeling of progression, buggy. Made a deposit at the bank, seemingly lost that cash as my balance was showing up as an error. Won at the casino, made more money than I did in my 0.6 hours of gameplay. This might make a good *free* mobile game, £3.99 and a desktop version? Not too sure.
The main issue with this game is that the objective, making videos, isn't fun or engaging. Even looking at basic ♥♥♥♥ like Super Mario Bros, running, jumping and getting through levels is challenging, and tests a player's skill. The feeling of success after conquering a challenge like that, or the hilarity of failure, is where the joy comes from. Even then, games like the Stanley Parable proves that games don't have to be a challenge to be fun, that fun can come from witty dialogue or the beauty of superficial elements such as sound. This game has none of these qualities. The main gameplay loop of creating videos can be described as clicking a button, typing something mildly funny to yourself, then clicking another button, waiting an arbitrary amount of time, and finally getting money from your videos. Games like Paper's Please proves that such a gameplay loop can be engaging with the right amount of challenge and pressure, and arguably this game does have that with the constant need for cashflow to refill your meters. However, the meters drain so slowly that refilling them is more a chore than pressure, in addition with practically no story making any investment in the task dead in the water. Again, contrast this with Paper's Please: You constantly need more cash for you and your family, so that you all do not die, but within the unavoidable story due to the nature of you needing to pay incredible amounts of attention to dialogue and text, you are presented with the choice of making a correct moral decision or making more money. This invokes a sense of fear for the consequences of your actions as the practically unpredictable story unfolds. This game has neither story, nor proper amounts of pressure to engage one even if there was a story. The gameplay is simply waiting in order to increase a number. The visuals are bland and basic. There is absolutely 0 reason why this game should be £10, as I wouldn't play this even if I was getting paid to. Fortunately, I was gifted this by a friend who used a random key, so I avoided contributing money directly, but the idea that people have is depressing This game has the hallmarks of a game, playable controls, number increasing, button pressing, but just a quick peak below the surface reveals nothing but a shallow experience devoid of any joy, and which I only hope the developer was dispassionate about, as I would look in shame at releasing such a product for money. Do better, Brouillard.
Благодаря этой игре, я понял какого это быть стримером, сидеть на жопе ровно и получать миллионы рублей за каких-то 10 минут, спасибо авторам, что раскрыли мне глаза, я Вам очень благодарен за это.
Is it possible to refund the minutes I spent on it? I want my time back!

I regret buying this game. I think I bought Gordon Streaman 2 on some random 90% sale just to check it out, and I really wish I didn't. The game is buggy, the game loop boring and repetetive, and everything is just a massive grind with no reward in the end. I recently started playing through all of the games in my Steam Library and try to 100% the achivements, which meant that I had to play this again. One of the achivements is to get 100K subs, and the only way to get subs is to upload videos. Uploading 1 video takes 10 seconds, and give you about 200 subs. I had to sit for an hour and just click upload, wait, click, wait. Whenever Gordon got too hungry to upload I had to go to the kitchen to eat, and that usually resulted in my camera wildly spinning about for some reason, making it difficult to get back to the computer and resume my endless clicking. I really, really wish that I had never spent my 0.4€ buying this game, as then I wouldn't have to spend hours just mindlessly doing the same task over and over. I did not have fun playing this game, not for a second. This game isn't even worth picking up if it is free, and for a WHOPPING 10€??? Absolutely not. Save yourself the money, time and pain and just stay far, far away from this sorry excuse of a game.
