Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Aug 8 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
The gameplay is kind of outdated and the writing leaves something to be desired. Nevertheless, upgrading the character and destroying stuff was fun. A little note, there are a ton of cutscenes that regularly interrupt the gameplay. The game started to grow on me more when I started skipping the cutscenes and just played along. The story is easy enough to follow either way and you may consider doing the same.

Really unique style of game, and I'm glad that it got a remake because I don't think another game quite like it exists. Destroy All Humans is a semi-open ended action game where your goal is to use stealth and weapons to take over America. The setting is a very exaggerated 50s during the beginning of the cold war, think pre-war Fallout. It's heavily based around sci fi of the era, so a lot of the writing is bombastic and goofy. I'm not sure why they made Crypto's voice a Jack Nicholson impression but it adds a lot of unexpected character. There are only a few important named characters but the world is occupied by NPCs you can control, pretend to be, or read the thoughts of. There is a surprising amount of incidental dialogue and most of it is funny. Some of the humour is kind of crass, a lot of remarks about things like "don't ask, don't tell" but imho considering how the property treats everything else I consider it part of the setting where the joke is the characters themselves reacting to it. There is an rpg upgrade tree for your abilities on the ground and in your ship, a lot of which gatekeep missions you unlock early from being doable (you need the end of the telekinesis skill to be able to lift cars, for example) A couple of the missions are irritating "protect a thing" missions or excessively long boss fights but doing free roam and side missions usually gives you enough to make them more tolerable. I played this game pretty recently on ps3 (the ps2 emulated version) and I honestly don't remember a thing about the story. I don't know if that's the result of changes they made or my smooth hamster brain, but I can say this game controls how you would expect a modern game to control. There is obviously a lot of care put into the game, and a metric ton of unlockable art (including UV textures of the models! they go that far!) Most missions have a cutscene for fail state, which I think is a very nice touch most games don't bother with. The music is all good, what you would expect from a sci fi film about aliens. I also appreciate the mid-mission checkpoints, even though they can softlock your mission since they don't recover your health or ammo. I've never played the second one but I think I got it in a set with this one, so I'm excited to get to that now. I can't exactly figure out some of the side missions enough to devote myself to 100 percent.
Como conheci a série Destroy All Humans!. Pontos positivos ✅: ✅ Campanha divertida. ✅ EUA ambientado nos anos 50. ✅ Liberdade de caos e destruição ao máximo. Pontos negativos ❌: ❌ Não houve expansão de mapas. ❌ Não houve adição de novas missões.
Fun functional remake of a classic , love the humor
TL:DR; A game much more focused on being fun and funny than being a challenge, having unique gameplay or having much to say (except about how much the 50's sucked) Shows its age in some clunkiness and pacing. I think most people who buy and play this are people who played it first way back when it was on the PS2, myself included. Nostalgia goggles may be in effect here, but I do remember it being a good game that had pretty decent comedy writing to fill the spaces between the relatively simple but quite fun gameplay. Fortunately, the original gameplay was solid and writing was good enough to hold up to a fresh coat of paint. It was never doing anything original mechanically -both before and after there have been many an open world "chaos-sim" game, with and without shooting- but I think the comedy does make it stand out. However, I don't quite remember the game being this horny or slow-paced; Both in gameplay and some of the script. There are plenty of jokes that would work if they where delivered faster or with better timing. I don't think anything has been changed here, I just think modern comedy and gaming is much quicker paced. Stealth sections tend to be the most annoying to pass early on as your tools are limited and its really not giving you much feedback. Speaking of mechanics, the game platues about midway through in that department. You'll have most of the tools you need or want to play around with, and asides from new things to laugh at you'll only really face a few bossfights and escalating difficulty. New maps will be made available, which mainly exist to contain distinct themes. At the end of the day, is it fun, and is it funny? I think so, even if its slow by modern standards. It has elements that fall flat occasionally on both ends of the selling points, but it succeeds more often than it fails. I'll be refunding it as I was more curious about revisiting it for a quick try than to relive the whole experience, and my current budget is tight.
