es muy interesante la tematica y la jugabilidad
Vampire Survivors walked so Desktop Survivors could... stroll? First off, I love this game, in fact I prefer it to VS. $5 is a steal. Now the grousing: The top reviews here do it justice, in that it's fun but brief, not a lot of variance in play after a while, and can feel boring when you've maxxed out the shops and powers and each run ends with an impenetrable wall of lights and sound until you're ended by enemy stat creep. I do enjoy making a build that allows me to sit while enemies die by the dozens just off-screen, while I nod and say "I am good at videogame." Comparison to Vampire Survivors is inevitable, so I'll double-down and discuss specific differences -The Weapon transformations (here they're called Corruptions, in Vampire Survivors they're Evolutions or something) are more easily unlockable; instead of needing a treasure chest, you just need the two items that create it, then level them to max and it triggers. The recipes are viewable in a window during play, and once you've seen an item, it populates the library so there's no guesswork. -Moving with mouse vs. controller is awesome, you feel like you have more control and chances to pull off tight dodges and enemy-wrangling maneuvers. Also, battling in 1-minute rooms with no escape is nice pacing for a game designed to feel like a pop-up Desktop thing. -The enemies have some variation; there's the standard fast-but weak vs slow-but-beefy, different ranged attacks, some have peculiar movement patterns that add variation. It does result in some balance-breaking moments, as the final floor is an endless run, but instead of a Grim Reaper at clock end, the difficulty just creeps up until you can't manage a certain scenario. -Most of the weapons are thematically perfect for Windows98. Some are misses (I don't get the fish-related ones), and some weapons are badly balanced; the lasso is cute but nearly non-functional, and the .WAV and Firewall AoE weapons are OP. -Only 6 biomes, and they're not very different. Overall I really enjoy it, if you're looking for depth of story or gameplay it isn't here but if you want arcade-style play with progression and a fun Windows97 aesthetic, this hits the spot again and again.

a fun classic game
good
Excellent petit jeu avec une énorme rejouabilité, excellent pour des parties courtes. Non seulement il y a beaucoup à faire mais de plus, l'esthétique générale est parfaite, très plaisante et fun.
Si.

Fun addicting little game with surprisingly more to do than you initially expect, and you sit back and just play with your mouse. And I really like the music! The only thing I wish it had was a high score system or something so when you exhaust all the achievements your next goal would be to make even more optimized runs, but you could make mental note of your kill count I guess. Personally, now I go on meme runs and see how far I can get before I crash the game with the sheer amount of nonsense I allow on the screen. Just a little before-bed activity.
Fun roguelike that uses old windows looks as a graphics style. Kept me coming back for more even after it thoroughly annoyed me. There's a lot to unlock than originally seems.
